Hi Jimmy. When the client is booking online, there is an option that says "Select and add another time" after they've selected their initial appointment time. Clients are able to select as many appointments as they want for the same date or multiple dates. Hope that helps. 😊

Thanks for the tutorial. Big question! Why are some hour availability time slots not showing up in the different appointment types when clients want to schedule? For example, a 60 min session on Tu has hours from 10-1p, 4-8p. I have a buffer of 15 min before and after each time. The 6p or 7p time slot doesn't not show up for example.

I’m hoping I can get some clarity on this question: I’m staring a mobile business the times I want to be available are 9, 10:30, 12:15. Each appointment will take 30 minutes. So for example from 9-9:30 I’d have a client, I need to allow my self at least 15 minutes to clean up and at least 30 minutes to get to the next client. Yes, you can achieve this using the Appointments per time slot setting: In the Availability section, click Edit availability/limits for the chosen calendar. Under Calendar scheduling limits, find the Appointments per time slot section. Enter the number 4 here. This restricts clients from booking more than 4 appointments in your single hour slots.

In other words, if you have a max compacity of 4 people with a max duration of 4 weeks in a class/timeslot. I signed up for the text reminder feature but it doesnt work. It sends text but incomplete. I made sure the text reminder is within the limited characters per text though. Dont know hwy it doesn’t work.

Accept for small writing on the top left that says packages and gift certificates. When you click on it all packages do come up but most clients miss them because of the small print. Is there a way to make it larger in Acuity?

IS there a way that parents can pay monthly / or different option, I ADD THEM TO THE CALENDAR but if someone can not make it they have access to change their appointment ? Thank you so miuch
I have separate availability for each calendar or appointment type. So my 20 mins Discovery calls can only be booked at specified times. My 50 mins appointments have their own times. Does that make sense?

I have two calendars on Acuity. I have a hair salon and need the two calendars for new clients and returning clients. Is there a way to sync the two calendars so that if an appointment is made in any time slot on one calendar another appointment on a different calendar in the same time slot can not be booked. For example: if a customer makes an appointment at 10am on Saturday on the "Returning Clients" calendar how do I block another customer from making a 10am appointment on the same day. You can set up availability by appointment type. In the availability section there should be a link or gear icon to do so.
