Sir my name is T. Eliz biak, T stands for Thomas( surname) and name is Eliz biak, in our tradition we put our surname first. So, in all my documents my name is written as T. Eliz biak. How should i fill my name for passport (also in none of my documents T is expanded its always written as T. and my father's name is written as T. Phillip lian, kindly inform me how to fill his name as there is a requirement for filling that as well

No need to worry about that
As we South Indians usually given initials, where it is not used in expanded form in any major documents such as 10th marks card like that .
But in passport we must expand the initials where in foreign countries wants our full name it gives clear identity about a particular person in those billions of people , so only in passport and also in PAN card we will expand our initials .
so there is no worry about it .

Because while applying passport or anything, adhaar is must.

If that Bank didn't make those changes, then open new account in any other reputed National Bank with the correct name.

No problem Abhishek just enter your father name in surname place and leave the middle name place as empty.
Even surname column can be put empty but it is not recommended because some countries will ask for surname so never leave surname column blank.

As in certificate we give names with initials, but in passport we will expand those initials. So no problem it's perfectly alright.

Thankyou Technow for clearing my doubt. Aakhil, the order of expanding your initials doesn't matter because both the alphabets are the same(S.S). Given name(first name+middle name):Aswath Rajendran
Surname: srimari.
But in your voter ID you already given surname as
srimari Rajendran.
Therefore in passport also fill
Given name: Aswath
Surname: srimari Rajendran
No problem Aswath you can fill your name like this also. One thing we need to be careful that is surname should not be empty .
So no problem you can proceed .
In passport write expansion of R , don't put initial as initial itself .
