I just realized, Sentomaru, who is designed to look like Kintaro, who is famous for wrestling with bears, always had kuma pacifistas with him.
And when we first met him in that flashback he was beating on bears as a child (Kintaro callback)
Sentomaru got the worst end of the deal, all of his family members are either dead or tried to kill him, he failed his job as Vegapunk's bodyguard and now is an enemy of the WG.
Couldn't even get on the straw hat's ship to be with the remaining Vegapunk

My dereshishishi theory is that nothing has been funny enough to make Robin bust a gut laughing that hard, but on Laugh Tale, she'll be the first person to read the last poneglyph, and whatever it was that made the Roger pirates laugh will slay her so hard that Robin will be rolling on the floor, and then Oda will go on another break before she lets the other straw hats in on the joke.

Imma predict something. Akainu's backstory is gonna involve a best friend who slowly got worse and more villainous, but Akainu let him live every time cause he wanted to believe. That's always been my theory, that Sento washed up in Wano and slowly over like 10 cover stories becomes someone who proves they can protect Wano so then Yamato is free to run off to join Luffy's crew and does so right before the fighting gets good in Elbaf
I think Sakazuki, Kuzan and Borsalino all exchanged sake and formed a brotherhood when they were younger, just like Ace, Sabo and Luffy. Only difference is the former’s relationship started to dwindle because of their differing lifestyles, and they (Sakazuki and Kuzan) started to detest who the other was starting to become

Or it could be that kizaru knew more about vegapunks plan that he is letting on and knew that in that moment vegapunk needed to die, with it being better, almost an act of mercy to be by his friend. That's how it has always struck me, kind of like the Dumbledore and Snape moment in harry potter.

I don't believe it is the burn-scar man on Elbaph, for a few reasons. The biggest reason is that the way they were described to us was that we were to meet the burn-scar man on the sea. With the way his ship was described, it only makes sense. A voice of the people from Mr. Morj gave a theory that makes a lot of sense about this idea.

@@animeYT9215 Shanks meets up with Cross Guild and Davy Back Fights them to take Mihawk and Buggy as crew members. That way Croc gets his own criminal empire again and Cross Guild is weak enough to justify the Marines going after them for awhile.

Not related to the video but something that's occured to me is that if we're headed to Elbaf next where Robin is likely to reuinite with Saul, then could Saul be the character to lay out what the Will of D truly is? Saul's a D., with connections to Vegapunk, who seemed to kinda know something about the Will of D, and had access to Ohara's research into the Void Century. It's been what 20 years since the Ohara incident, he's probably had enough time to look into it. Plus Robin has expressed interest in the Will of D when speaking with Law.
This would be an insane payoff on Saul’s character returning, I’m not sure if it would be anticlimactic or not tho as far as the Will of D mystery goes
on the one hand i love the idea of saul playing a major role again but on the other hand the closer we get to meeting him the more im questioning why he didnt try to contact robin..
I think the entire og admiral trio all “killed” their best friend-
Kuzan with Saul, Borsalino with Vegapunk, and most likely Sakazuki with Dragon. They all were forced to fight their closest friends. None of them truly killed cause let’s be real Borsalino was more an accessory to murder than actually murder

Regarding the Beast Pirates, remember that about 6,000 of them defected during the raid. So the number potentially still active "bad guys" on Wano is significantly less than 20,000.
But yeah, there's still plenty out there to act as a villain for Yamato to defeat during this cover story.

Actually id argue Sentomaru is more based on Kintaro, given his overall design falls in line with tradicional depictions of the character (Bowl cut, Red Loincloth) the axe he uses or the fact he was raised in the wilderness, iirc one of Kintaro's friends was even a bear!

I belive the person that Kizaru alluded To when talking about having to kill your best friend is either that Sakazuki had the opportunity to kill Kuzan during their fight but showed mercy. Or, my favourite theory is that Sakazuki and Dragon were best friends when Dragon was in the Marines, but Dragon and Sakazuki got in a fight and Sakazuki did not kill him even though he had the opportunity
plot twist: the sillhouette is actually higuma who turned out to train so hard that he became as strong as shanks and now he’s the next antagonist

In terms of the Beast Pirates, Udon was raided by Greenbull so we do have some valuable members captured by him so some probably went to track whoever was captured.
I need more clarity on God Valley. What Dragon saw was so horrible it radicalized him to the point of starting a Revolutionary army. Yet I'm being told that Roger and Garp are the heroes of this incident? The Rocks Pirates were the bad guys? I find it hard to believe that if hypothetically the Straw Hat pirates were there they wouldn't have tried to stop what was happening on that island as they do with every island they go to. The Straw Hats are way more similar to the Rocks Pirates than any other group. Luffy is being painted as the same villain that Rocks was. This idea is not talked about enough. Rocks was trying to save the world, not rule it. The World Government rewrote history the same as they did with the void century. And it's the same way they would paint the Straw Hats if they were to lose. Justice for Rocks D. Xebec

We know luffy is painted as evil by the govt that’s the general mo for pirates. 🏴☠️ that’s a blanket overall. We do know unlike the strawhats the rocks pirates were only allied through connivance. As soon as it got to crazy. They each bailed on each other. Leaving rocks . White beard confirms they didnt get along . They did not share the sense of nakama whitebeard pirates or the strawhats share. Big mom had a soft spot for kaido because he was so young and adopted him as a younger brother.
We have no proof that the rock pirates were as good as the strawhats. We have more evidence that they were more like typical pirates. Considering who their revealed members., while white beard has been shown to be kind . That’s only to his family. Which he didn’t consider rocks nor the other members to be.
Rocks pirates were allied for the chance to score big and make it big. Keep in mind whitebeard was not only saving money to built his own crew but he was also sending most of his treasure to support his homeland that’s impoverished because of war.
Big mom need money to support her already growing family. Fund her own ambitions.
We have higoragasgi previous owner of the clone clone fruit and the plans she had for wano.
Rocks may have tempted his crew with the biggest score all the treasure and tribute from the celestial dragon not only that rock own ambition to be king by taking them out and establishing himself.
We are missing more of his motivation. I woulnt put the rock pirates as the same category as the strawhats. Simply because they weren’t true nakama . Nor would most members care if civilians got hurt.
But we haven't heard anything good about him, from anyone. Not a marine, not a former member of his crew. No one.

I’m starting to think that Kuzan actually won the fight. But wanted Sakazuki to take over as Fleet Admiral, so he himself can go undercover against Blackbeard.
I've had a similar thought to that. Basically that there was no battle for the position of fleet admiral. They just needed it to look like there was so Kuzan could go undercover. They still fought of course, you can't fake what happened to Punk Hazard, just the reason behind it is different from the story everyone knows.
I always find it strange to see characters escape in a small row boat after entering the grand line. It has been shown that the weather on the grand line is crazy and you need a very capable navigator to be able to travel through it. I also feel that at the beginning of the new world it showed the weather and Island there were even crazier.
However somehow people can seemingly escape and navigate between Islands on most basics of ships.

I also want to see Ussop increase his own strength since this has been his dream location ever since sailing two years prior. Undoubtedly the Giants will provide the crew immense resources and Luffy will be pushed to increase his prowess in the pursuit of finding Laugh Tale before the cataclysmic war begins. It’ll be exciting to learn about the Giants and their connection to the Void Century.

I'm gonna stick with my insane theory that it's Yorki :) He somehow survived and was visiting Crocus because of Laboon (who seems quite happy to see him in the bg there), and he may believe his crew is now gone because they haven't been seen for decades. I'm not sure why he'd be on Elbaf but the back of the man's hair when he's sitting with Crocus looks somewhat like what Yorki's hair would look like if grown out longer. if it's Scopper though that would make sense as well. I agree that it would water down Brooks' reunion a bit... but he has something Yorki doesn't ... a heart-felt recording of the entire crew singing binks' Sake

i always had the head cannon (at least since we saw him) that Big News Morgans had some kind of sense sharing with his birds since one of the many myths sailors had about albatrosses is that if you kill one then all the others somehow know about it and will try and get you killed by leading danger to you. and since myth and legend plays a huge part in the powers of alot of devil fruits even ones that are not necessarily mythological giving him some strange powers makes sense since there are not many things more steeped in myth for sailors then the albatross

I see two futures for Robins Saul laugh. 1. Robin does the dershishi laugh as a coping mechanism when Saul finally does meet his end due to some tragedy/bad guy in Elbaf. 2. Robin does the dershishi when she and Saul part ways at the end of the Arc and they both do it as a sad sort of I hate goodbyes thing.
I feel like his next stop should immediately be laugh tale, the fact he just let Luffy have the fruit tells that the fruit wants that, and already knew what the future will hold, and finally have the key to accessing laugh tale, so it does make sense that the silhouetted man can never be Shanks

What if Kizaru knew that vegapunks death was the trigger to start the recording broadcast, as is the main reason he tried to kill vegapunk, meaning he actually was helping his friend. In which dying is what vegapunk wanted, and probably told Kizaru to kill him. But Kizaru felt extremely conflicted in helping Vegapunk achieve that as he would have to kill his friend, to honor his friends wish..Ultimately with Vegapunk dying, he knew that his actions led to his friends death, whether thats what vegapunk wanted or not, which spiritually breaks Kizaru..
