Dry eye sufferer for many years. I’ve tried them all, even prescription drops. For along time I used Retaine MGD. Expensive with waste. I found anew brand from Europe called IVIZIA. For me I use 2 drops each eye 2x a day, done. They really work for me & inexpensive. I’d like to see an in-depth review of these.
Omega 3 plus vitamin a cleared my dry eyes right up. Took about 4 weeks. No more eye drops now. Hope this helps others.

Doc what is the difference of hypromelose lubricants 5 mgs and to hypromelose artificial tears 3mgs is 5 mgs of lubricants is high and whats the use of this lubricants n can i take this if i have no dry eyes.
