Great vid, Luke is sharp as a razor! Your questions were like windows and doors to view Luke's RE business. I have a question: Is Luke working with new construction only, new homes offered through a sales office? Does he showcase existing homes which are listed with other agents? If so, how does that work? Looking forward to your response! I'm a new agent in the Inland Empire, southern CA.
I have an eclectic style and personality so I really want to hone in on unique properties in my real estate career. I don't know how I'll make it happen, but it makes the most sense for me. I like houses that have personality and stand out - like me, so I think that's a good brand. How I'm going to get those houses specifically... I'm not sure yet but we'll sort it out. I have a couple months left of my pre-licensing course AND the final exam to worry about.
Do you happen to know what editing app he uses? I am currently trying to build my following on social media as well because it’s just the best tool in 2023
Excelente video I do Cnc for living but a wanna change to real state but I have no idea what to do where to go school for real state o any help o connection with peoples that work in real state but I’ll love to try it

Algorithm. From experience Your page will blow up , then it will go dormant for 6-12 months then it will shoot back up if you stick with it . Instagram algorithm does this so you will never abandon their app due to all the work & consistency you put into it . Gets you chasing the high and lows , chasing the next viral video. So he will definitely gain more followers middle of next year
And I’m still stuck there😂😂😂 135k on one account and 100k on another. It’s not about the followers and likes it’s about engagement! Don’t get caught up.
Then again texas has beautiful homes for a cheaper price so I can see how his videos blew up. Try doing that in Arizona...all our houses look like shit for a high price
