Hi Stephanie! I’m a new real estate agent, and I’m loving your content. I have a question, I have a long name Gracie…..(5 more letters). I’ve always hated my name so I just go by Gracie, in fact everyone knows me by Gracie, from my college friends, to my previous job coworkers. Would it be ok to create my Ig account with Gracie and my last name, or should I go ahead and “exposed” myself lol and use my full name in all platforms? Thanks!

Being the only face of my small boutique company, I'm conflicted between marketing my business name and ID or using my personal name along with my brokerage ID. You've addressed certain related questions, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on this issue. By the way, I was a broker in the Phoenix area from 2001 through 2016 but never closed my NJ brokerage. I loved the Phoenix area, but my base of business was built in NJ, so here I am. I look forward to hearing your thoughts...

Is the reason you can’t put realtor in your handle because you can’t do it the R? How strict are they on that?

Should I start with personal or business account for real estate for instagram ?
Start with a business account. it helps with credibility
