interview freinds, family , if possiblie homeowners in your market. Easiest starting point. Don't ask for business , ask for their perspective and thank them for their time.
@@AshleyYourLifeHisVoice To be honest with you, I have since stopped practicing real estate. I think it's very difficult to be a part time realtor, especially in todays market. This career requires 100% dedication and attention if you want to be successful. I was about 8 months in before I realized that this just wasn't for me. But I wish nothing but the best for you and if you stick it out through the rough times (and there will be rough times, no way around it) then you just might find a future with Real Estate!
@@kingjames6731 I appreciate the honesty. I definitely think it's a big start up push until you have a flow or potential referrals. I'm hoping that going a team vs being a solo agent will help with that. But she shall see. All the best in your current endeavors
I notice agents wear fancy clothes. Can I just wear a tshirt and jeans to listing appointments, closings and everything else real estate related business?
@@nroll1181 Haha 2 months ago. Good times. I am a few weeks in and actually wear a tshirt and jeans to everything except listing appointments. At listing appointments I switch a tshirt with a polo. Your definition of looking "trustworthy, mature and professional" may vary from my definition or my client's. If a client doesn't want to work with me due to what I'm wearing, then I don't want them. They can go find another agent to work with. Fair enough?
Best line ever!!!!!! “ the classes to get your license tell you nothing about growing a real estate business” #TRUTH
Sooo true!
Why is this channel not bigger than it is??? Every video is so informative and helpful. I'm very grateful

Is it smart to study the market pre licensing or after?
It's always a good idea to know what's going on in the market. If you start now, by the time you're licensed you'll be a pro!🤓
@@StefanieLugo there’s a broker near where I live how do I go about that for them to teach me calling & study the market?
Thank you! Great info and great ideas! I subscribed :)
