      No one, NO ONE, ever took the Magic Bullet theory seriously. In the film, Garrison presents it as if the Warren Commission adopted the theory as fact. In a History Channel special that debunked the movie, they showed what almost everyone misses, that the jumpseat in the limo where Connelly was sitting was positioned in such a way that the bullet followed a more or less straight trajectory through JFK's neck, through Connelly's chest and wrist and into his thigh. Three shots with two hits. The third shot missed completely and that bullet was never recovered.

      @@SteCollects It wasn't impossible for there to be one shooter. It was very possible. The whole argument that Oswald couldn't possibly have acted alone is false. He had the training and skill. He qualified as a Marine Sharpshooter and they have his qualification scores to support that. The Carcano rifle he used was capable of being cycled and aimed twice in 6 seconds in order to score two hits out of three shots. They've interviewed witnesses from the shooting range who saw Oswald practicing with a bolt action rifle.

      No one was at the grassy knoll, it's all just light from between tree branches on low-quality film creating the shape of a body. No other photos capture this man, and no witnesses claimed to have seen him until they had already heard the theory-meaning they were either misremembering or lying. Nobody who was asked in the days or weeks after said anything about a badge man, but YEARS later when their memories had gone foggy they then "remembered" him (or lied for clout).
      Also, if you do the math on badge man and the Knoll itself, it works out that (in order for him to appear the way he did in the picture) he'd have to be standing on top of a car several feet away from the fence-not resting his gun on top of the fence, like a normal assassin would.
      Oswald shot Kennedy, from the book depository, with the Carcano. No badge man. Case closed.

    This scene implies Connally was directly in front of Kennedy. The way the Limo was designed, he was actually slightly inward and lower than JFK. From that trajectory the direct-line bullet makes more sense
    This films is unquestionably engaging and Stone knows how to capture audiences
    But people should not be so naive as to treat it as a documentary
    There are many other inaccuracies too - not least the portrayal of David Ferrie who always maintained his innocence and was never charged. Were he still alive, he would have grounds to sue Stone for libel.

    This was an excellent movie. It brings up many inconsistencies in the Warren report, and if anyone really thinks that Oswald acted as the lone gunman, please explain why there were bullet fragments in JFKs skull, and the bullets that came out of Oswald's rifle were non-frangible. As in hardened. They dont fragment. Also, there were 6 shots that are clearly heard from the police motorcycle radios. At best, Lee Harvey was an average shot, per his USMC records. He made a shot yes. Hit JFK. BUT, he wasnt alone. LBJ forced Earl Warren to keep quiet as to not put us into WW3. If you dont think so, why were the documents sealed for 75 years after the trial concluded? Things that make you go HMMM

    • @Soldier4USA2005

      Any bullet can fragment.
      The problem comes in when the bullet is harder than the material it's hitting. And that assumes the bullet has no defects increasing the chance of fragmentation.
      Decent quality ammo made today fragments, even if slightly, after hitting a dirt birm.

    • @mrb2162
      @mrb2162 Год назад

      @Soldier4USA2005 true but the bullet that was found on the gurney was pristine while there was fragments found in Kennedys skull. That's my point. They tried to say just 1 bullet did all that damage. So called "magic bullet theory". They are hiding something. Ain't no way that Oswald acted alone. There were 6 CLEAR shots recorded on the police motorcycle escort radios. Not 3. Too many questions to be answered that are not satisfied by the Warren report. My concern is that our government had our president EXECUTED. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

    • @franclin0
      @franclin0 11 месяцев назад

      @Soldier4 is right, they were tiny specks of medal, not chucks of bullet. Bullets, no matter what they're made of can't keep all their metal after colliding with something like a skull which is hard as a rock.
      Not only are you wrong about police radios picking up sounds of the shots, but even the HSCA only claimed their audio experts could identify 4 shots not 6. Incidently they were proven wrong by 2 independent studies, 1 from the National Academy of Sciences in the early 80s.
      The government routinely seals documents for all kinds of reasons. In the Kennedy case reasons for keeping documents locked up were for example, fears of making public the CIA tactics for obtaining information in the soviet and cuban embassys in Mexico city.
      Another example are documents with names of informants who were promised anonymity shouldve been kept locked up.
      Documents that had adverse information on people whether true or not (it's impossible to tell based solely on testimony from someone else), for example if someone gave testimony about someone who they thought was an alcoholic, or someone said John Doe who was a known spousal abuser..those may have only been the opinions of the people giving the testimony but since that kind of sensitive information about someone clearly had nothing to do with the case, it was just recorded testimony, it need not have gotten out and destroyed people's reputations

    Ross Coulthard, there may be a reason they used the 11001001 on their patch. There was a uk pilot I think that gave evidence he came across a craft in his work and it had symbols on the side of it, binary symbols. If you are interested I’ll try to find the video again but essentially those symbols were written down by that pilot the next day and when later a computer was developed (maybe because of material gathered) the symbols were analysed. When converted they read something “earth exploration” etc etc

      @@jp-legalparaffin tests were grossly unreliable. The bullet chamber once loaded and ready to fire, seals in the gases and prevents them from coming in contact with a person's face. Plus a paraffin test can only tell whether there's nitrates or nitrites on the skin, it can not determine their origin. In other words, it's impossible to prove from a paraffin test if someone fired a weapon.
      Victoria Adams was NOT saying she saw Oswald on the stairs back in 64.
      And there was no photo manipulation of the backyard photos. Marina said she took them, and the FBI found her camera and the negatives of the photos. Cameras leave certain marks on film negatives that are as specific as fingerprints. The negatives of the backyard photos had markings that proved they were taken in Oswald's camera and Marina testified that she in fact took them.

      Right. After eight investigations and reexamining all pointing to Oswald acting alone you think you really know what happened. You're trying to shift it to me now, it's the reverse scientific method of deciding what happened and then ignoring everything that doesn't seem to point to it. If you think anyone outside of Oswald was involved it is on you to prove it and there is absolutely not a single shred of evidence supporting that.
      Here I can make it easy. Assume that I'm totally wrong. Ok, now prove that there was a conspiracy. Who do you think did it? How? What evidence do you have?

    • @defiantone8556
      @defiantone8556 7 лет назад +49

      First off, the Warren Commission is much like the 9/11 Commission, in that its the governments OWN THEORY. Knowing you, you probably buy into both Commissions. And if you do, you need some serious educating little boy.
      The official testimony of Roy Kellerman blew the doors off the Warren Commission. He basically looked right at em & told them that once the limo had gone into the kill zone of Dealey Plaza that he knew they had driven right into an ambush, taking fire from all over the place, that "a flurry of shells came into the car" & that they were definitely wrong about their gunshot total because "There had to be more than three shots, gentleman."
      And there's a huge problem with the Mannlicher rifle that was supposedly found on the 6th floor & was used to connect Oswald to the assassination. When the rifle was first found, it was not identified that way. It was identified instead as a 7.65 millimeter Mauser rifle, That identification was made & made quite clearly by law enforcement officials themselves who were closely familiar with rifles. Deputy Sheriff Eugen Boone discovered the rifle & then wrote the following words in his official statement} "I was assisting in the search of the 6th floor of the Dallas County Book Depository at Elm St. & Houston St. proceeding from the east side of the building. Officer Weitzman DPD & I were together as we approached the Northwest corner of the building. I saw the rifle partially hidden behind a row of books with two (2) other boxes of books against the rifle. The rifle appeared to be a 7.65 Mauser with a telescope sight on the rifle."
      Then you have the limo JFK was in. Excuse me, but a murder just took place. And not just any murder, but the murder of the President of the United States. So that said, don't that make the limo he had his brains blown out in, a crime scene? And what do they do at a crime scene? They put yellow tape around the crime scene. Did they do that here? No. What did they do? JFK's limo was quickly shipped off to Detroit for a rapid make-over. Does that tell you anything about the authenticity of the governments actual efforts to determine who killed our President? Maybe I should say the lack thereof.
      Then you have the illegal removal of the President's body. Imagine that. The government succeeded in getting the body of the President out of Dallas without an autopsy. In other words, Air Force One didn't so much take off, as it made a getaway. President & no civilian autopsy had been conducted. Then the body was placed in a controlled environment the military hospital at Bethesda. And there, the autopsy was conducted. After the autopsy, Commander Humes who conducted the autopsy, burned his notes, which was probably the first time in history that a serious autopsy resulted in the burning of the notes. Ironically, two of the agents who participated in the illegal seizure of the President's body at gunpoint were Roy Kellerman & Roy Greer who rode in JFK's limo & were paramount to his supposed security. Since the murder of a president was not then a federal crime, the agents had ZERO jurisdiction. The law was changed AFTER the assassination, now the murder of a federal official is a federal matter. But it wasn't in 1963. So whatever else there is to be said about it, the fact of the matter is that they DID violate the law & they did so very aggressively.
      Then you have the X-rays of JFK. The actual X-rays showed the bullet particles fragmented extensively in the President's head, which means the Mannlicher Carcano couldn't have fired the bullet, as a Mannlicher only shoots a full metal jacketed bullet. All military weapons by NATO & the Geneva Convention like Mannlicher are not allowed to shoot fragmented bullets from them. So the bullet out of the weapon would have to be a full metal jacket bullet, which does not break into pieces, that tells you that the bullet is not from that gun.
      And I will no longer discuss this with you. We'll just have to agree to disagree even though I'm right & you're wrong. I do my research little tike, so I strongly suggest you do the same. And lastly, if the government's version is so honest, why the hell after all these years, do they still have a shitload of documents on the JFK Assassination locked up for? I'll tell you why. Because it would prove they lied. Much like they did with 9/11. But you can continue to buy into all their bullshit & keep drinking the Kool-Aid. And do NOT post me again on this subject, as I have nothing more to say to ya. What I posted, pretty much shows the TRUTH to all the BS this crackpot government gets blind Kool-Aid drinking sheep like you not to believe. And that's the TRUTH.

      No the movie has not aged well the magic bullet has been proven to be true. Remember this came out in 1991 there’s been computerized analysis that the movie did not take into account. Such as the fact that Kennedy seat was higher and narrower than Conleys in front of him which creates the appropriate angle for the bullet to go through the neck and into Conley and yes the bullet after going through tissue tumbles in the air to turn different directions and this type of bullet can come out relatively pristine even after hitting bone. Scientific analysis through computer generated angles as well as forensic re-creation has proven this to occur.
