Hello Tomo-san… I’ve been going through tough times… since my girlfriend left me. It’s been a few days, since. It impacted me so much so, I’ve even was going to give up guitar playing… but honestly, your playing makes me really really happy, and helps me combat depression. I hope one day I can get private lessons from you at berklee. I’ll try to get out of this state, and you help me a lot. Let’s get your channel to one million! You deserve it.
Life is struggle first (always) and you can find a joy if you look carefully! Guitar is my therapy! Guitar is my medicine. Please join my Guitar Wisdom. Have a great day!
@@timothya2742 bro… it’s gotten so bad… but i think I can bring out a whole other level of playing. Honestly my dream is to get into berklee and have tomo as a guitar teacher. I will go to see my therapist today. Everything will be alright, in due time. Thank you for your advice.
So true @tomofujitamusic guitar is my therapy too.... You can be angry at the entire world but then you look at your guitar and suddenly all felt so calm and peaceful.
Tomo-san, thank you for sharing your wisdom and your knowledge, and for doing so in such a clear, positive and understandable way. You are an inspiration to many of us and a champion. All the best!!
Love your playing, your explanations are very useful. For some reason, your videos make my day, Tomo is the perfect jazz zen experience, ladies and gentlemen. Greetings from Spain
Love all the Triads videos, really have been useful to me. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, I tell all my friends to follow and subscribe to you.👍👍👍
Last night you were in my dream and I was literally at your house asking for your guitar wisdom classes to teach me offline, and I even promised to come to your class everyday from India😂. But even in the dreams you seemed very disciplined person
What lovely playing at the end... i hope i can play as smooth as you at some point. Always always great content, and great inspiration. Let's hit that million 💪💪💪🎸🎸🎸
One thing I'm often missing when people suggest things to practice and learn, is the "why", or the context. When will a mastery of triads really shine? Why will knowing the major scale on a single string come to my aid? I probably know they will, but some additional background on why these things are important, and how you'll use it all one day, will help no end... and probably get more people signed up to your guitar wisdom too :)
Thanks for sharing! Having a solid foundation will make better player! Until you do it... hard to understand it. So please watch this video! I made this video as supplement lesson video for my Guitar Wisdom subscribers. ruclips.net/video/85RmFmRgTiw/видео.html
I've been learning triads and 7th chords with my teacher, thank you for you lesson. And if it's possible, please cover the "chord change" after 13:10 in a next lesson.
Tomo-san, thanks for another video on Triads and hope you reach the 1 million milestone soon ! One question I had - have you ever dealt with finger pain/injury during your career ? Any recommendation on proper technique, fingering excercises, recovery, etc ?
@@TomoFujitaMusic thanks for the quick response ! Any chance you could share those excercises ?? Im having some pain in the finger joint and I think i have been pressing the strings too hard. By the way, I love your teaching philosophy on Guitar Wisdom 👍 looking forward to more awesome videos in the future !
@@jaewoncheon594 Yes! I will make your request this week! Thanks for a great suggestion! So happy to hear that. Guitar is amazing! Guitar can make everyone rich inside!
I liked those chord inversions you were playing in between the the full major seventh chords. It looked like you were playing an octave one time or major seven on the 7th and 9th fret on the high strings to a 6/9 chord? I want some of that! Where do you cover that in guitar wisdom.? Very nice
Thank you! I made that detail lesson at my Guitar Wisdom but its not published yet. Same idea, less details but you can learn those chords! ruclips.net/video/a_6ttYTdL8Q/видео.html
I’m sorry. Did you say “Troiano” as in Domenic? Reading his biography written by his brother. Buts perhaps I am off. Thanks for the lesson . Tim in Toronto.
Sir,Can understanding all the fret make it easy to move forward efficiently and how do i manage all hundreds of scale etc i mean u need scales and others to improve but there's too much is there any fundamental scales etc.which gonna cover up all the others scales n more.
How many types of scales? (Not hundreds!) Major Scale Harmonic minor scale Melodic minor scale Pentatonics Blues scale Whole Tone Scale Diminished scale...
You would have more like if there was visuals on screen - its hard to see what you are doing exactly and everyone is not deep into music theory - at least not yet
You can see all the chords on the screen at my Guitar Wisdom. This case you need to watch this video. You need to master only 3 shapes! (3 inversions) This video is super easy & slow! Good job! ruclips.net/video/85RmFmRgTiw/видео.html
This video is showing triads on 123 set strings with D & A chords! Two chords advanced! So you need to do only ONE ... C or A or D... So you can really understand 3 types of Triad Inversions. Then you can understand two chords. Always nice to step back a few steps so you can go forward!
