Hold the spindash button (circle in ps2) to make time go back to normal and go round to his other head. Use chaos control again and repeat this until the blue gauge is completely empty. This way, you can land several heavy attacks in a short space of time and beat him easily. My high score on this is probably around 3 mins (possibly lower) by using this method.

But may I ask you, how would you "fix/improve" Black Doom as a character? Certainly make him not monologue so much. Rather than removing them, I feel they should have a Story Mode that you have to play through first, that sets you on a canon path leading to The Last Way. After clearing Story Mode, you unlock What If Mode, which is where you can choose your own paths and see the various alternate endings. That would be a lot less confusing for sure while still keeping one of the core mechanics of the game that, honestly, is pretty fun when you've already got the true story figured out.

@blahtypedude Most things that fall through the earths atmosphere get burned up from the speed they travel to the ground so even if they are fairly big they will mostly just end up as pebbles or disapear by the time they reach the ground.
