From One Lottery to Another (Or: From One Prison to Another) [Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom]

It's poetic that, on a Day of Independence, I get my independence from a lottery of RNG rolls. It's also poetic that the next difficulty level up is also a rather unlikely lottery of RNG rolls. They're all going to be like this, aren't they? (I mean, the hardest levels have zero times as of this posting.)
