He recalled like 37 names off the top of his head. I can't tell you what I had for lunch yesterday lol.
This quarantine got me going back over my faves. My man just named 29 ppl off the top of his head for the roll call. That's crazy after 20 or 30 years.
Thanks! L & Kev 4 including F.I.P Tiny Shakey in this historical interview, and keeping his spirit alive.
D loC 129 paybaCC Crip!!! respect the OG's
one of your best interviews! keep bringing us that history...love when you said "that's documented, type of shit I am into"
That was a great interview....... thanks bra.
KMac keep it up bro! This is only goin up og.
man. I just watched this video. went back and re watched the first video. now I'm watching this one again. lol. good shit kev lol.
Love these interviews these are real gz from both sides much love from east fairground park st louis
Big fan of you Work.
I like the fact that you add pictures to the videos putting a face to the names makes the interviews more interesting.
I know that some OGs have other gang members that carry their name ( Big, Lil , Baby, Tiny, Young, Infant, Newborn) can you ask some of the OGs. I saw Big U stated that it was a big Name to carry. It would be interesting to know and how they chose that person to take on their name.
Ain't nothing like them Cali roll calls
With some legendary names too
Them niggaz remember everything😂
Respect all your interviews bro. It's a trip hearing different perspectives from real 1'z. NHC 40'z K-o$$
Right on kev mac!
These are really good in depth interviews.. Something which is world wide.. Bigger than Hollywood. Its crazy..
Bro good one .. can you do one that brings up the whole 90 Hoover ordeal? Or how the 43 and Avalons were cool at once
No more 60s vs 40s beef!!!
That was a fire ass interview!!!!!!!
Damn the Hoovers went to war with everybody
Anthony T
they EK
That's well know.
Still...fucc snoovas!
That's cause Hoover is the Most Hated
It's A Reason Why The HCGs Beef With Hella Rips If You Know You Know
@Fact Check Hoovers Still One Of The Deepest Gangs In LA
@@shaunjohnson8474 NAW, Hxmie 🖕🏾!!!
It's a trip how the San Diego Naybahood 40's originally got started by a brotha from Harlem 30's named Donny Ramsey, RIP
wow I didnt know that. I seen a picture of Dony Ramsey and his OG homies from NHC
TaNetjer Warrior He was born in Harlem but raised out here. if you look at all the o.g.'s most of them came from other places mainly down south and adapted to what was already started in the west coast.
David Ika Donny Ramsey was from Harlem 30's in South Central Los Angeles not New York, dude
I've always been told the 30's started the forties. Hearing this I was told wrong.
TaNetjer Warrior Yes I knew he wasn't from New York. I talked to OG's from their set plus its in the book Baby Insane and Buddha.
Feening for Part 3
damn kev time must certainly has wings its almost been a month since your last big u interview
Crazy how much hood hoppin happens bacc in the day. That shit don't happen near as much 90's-Now
Steve Chmiel Yeah lol
Steve Chmiel Yea I guess niggas started being called out for that shit. Remember when hood hoppers was called perpetrators?
Steve Chmiel 👀
That shit happen even more nowadays.
Dudes get they ass beat and the next day they blastin over their tattoos switchin up.
Chad Tep transformers nigga
7:49 G-Len from DLB mentioned in his song Hood Day how Lee Bee started "50 Lanes" in the early 90's.
Nah he's just reciting a line from the song. lol. Hopefully we'll eventually hear from an OG from DLB though.
Kev Mac hope you ask about the 40/60 beef.
This why KM is the best channel wen u got the true starters who can give clear history on their cet these will be talked about forever especially if you bang
Great questions Kev Mac ! He was right about them staying out the way but as long as you got that O on your set the Hoover's are going to make u get involved ! Great questions tho !
not tru
not tru
Them dudes was old and alot of them got locked up their numbers was never that big so it wasn't no war really between 40's and 4trey Hoovers like it was wit 5Deuce
that song banging
L & Kev you have these OGs on here telling it like it was, how they all got along, but in 2017 it's no such thing as unity. The OGs need to line all the youngsters up & make them truce before we lose our race as a people. FIP Tiny Shakey
I just seen my Unc SnowMan fr fr that's crazy cuz .
I remember niggaz switching hoods and colors ..They were called Transformers! Certain niggaz was Crips in jr high then by the time they hit Centennial be str8 pirus..
Rapper Deadly Threat also mentions West Side Hard Time Hustlers on his album, I thought he was from 40'z also, is this the same HTH where Pookie is talkin' about?
I was in soledad wit Don Juan "04-05"
I REMEMBER THEY HAD A SEGMENT ON E'BONE ON 48HRS BAXC 1988 WHEN HE GOT KILLED
Kev MAC!! Can we get that 111NHCG Interview??
For real shit
Yea how come the 111’s and the 55’s and 57’s haven’t had a interview yet?
you should ask how he feel about the 60's vs 40's ongoing beef.
Part 3
Kev Mac I was wondering I heard you say we was wondering what yall were doing what's your gang kev mac , respectfully asking if I heard it correctly
twoglocksup 187 Forever Kev mac is from 6owe
twoglocksup, Big Kev Mac Rollin 60s. You can also call him the emperor of Las Vegas.
keep'em coming Macc
When I went to Crenshaw HS I always thought Pookie was from 60s. Now I know. When i went to Crenshaw, names like Bird, Don Juan and Dot, were the only names on the walls from the 40s.
Kev do one on Rolling 50 and Leebie I wonder how they became Brims oh and One with Gangsta from Santana Blocc CC
Are there any 50s still around? I got at Gangsta from Santana he doesn't appear to want to fuck with me.
I don't know if there are still any 50'$ around 9th and 50th Is where Leebie Grandma say as for the Santana If Not Gangster look for Piccle or Newton or Idi Amin
Would you interview any Eight Tray Gangstas if they were willing?
michael grisby Rolling 50's started as 40 ftb's n when they broke apart rest started up R'50's Brimsw/Vn`s as one clik n rest R40`s came them
Rashon Thomas that had to happen after 83 cause I lived on 8th ave and 50th Leebie was on 9th ave and 50th when I live there nobody was bangin until poo poo and woo woo moved on 8th ave from the Jungle
@ 11mins, what gangs did the 40s kick it w/ that 60s didn't? 43G?
Hopefully you can get some og hard time hustlers
@Kev Mac would you ever interview a hoover?
i remember back in the early 80's transfiguration school on king & roxton/4th ave would have carnivals all the 40's would be there Big June Bug would be there that was my dude much love
Trying to start Carnivals back in the hood ourselves. Giving back to our community
Don Jaun! That was my homeboy from the CTF Soledad days. Cuzz was solid keep us rollin with stories about the homie Toe Joe "R.I.P". DON JAUN Solid comrade.
That T-shirt is tight. Burgundy wit w/s Adams even tighter .
I remember Caveman and Criptoe was Rollin 40's back in 83, Rip Ryan, Big Phil little brother. My dog Ase Kapone VNg!
The San Diego 40s were started by the darcside n 89
Awww, Tiny Shakey and so many others has lost their lives to this senseless cycle of gang violence. Great interview. Wake Up!
saudia ash Marcus was my boy. On 60. DeMarco too. I really grew up with them boys. RIP
Kev can you interview Thundercat from 60s
That DLB song fig. Is hard as fuck off that rep yo set album
When are you gonna interview a OG from 76 East Coast?
song is RUNER TURNT UP
What's the difference between rollin' crip and neighborhood crip?
Rollin is a Car, Neighborhood is a Gang. Harlem, Hard Time, Budlong, Undergoind, Blocc, Watergate and sometimes Raymond they all Rollin together with the same enemies (bloods Hoovers and some GCs) but they not from neighborhood
Can you interview the Avenue Pirus?
Great interview. It would be better to hear music in the interludes that was from the era when showing the photos(this shit these young cats listen to...i dont know). Great work though brother
He plays music that comes from rappers from those hoods. For example when he shows the pics of DLB, he's playing music from G-Len and June Dawg. Look up both their channels because they rap about a lot of their hood's history. The song at the beginning is "Turn Up" from Baby Runer from 40's. He was also in that Why We Bang documentary.
Exactly Rob! Or I'll try an put that hoods anthem such as Curtis Mayfields Underground song in the UG's
My bad. Anything that isnt from the 90's and below I wont know for the most part(G-len I know but he isnt new), but that does make sense. Not a criticism, though. Im just bitching about want it would have preferred. Keep putting out this good historical data man.
I used to work for blacc kev he got some funny stories 🤣🤣
Ain't the song playing by baby runner
Whats the song@the end?
Miracle
who that on the song at the end??
what's the name of that song they playing?
405 BOY Runner super turnt up
K Mac are you and Big Pook around the same age ? Seems as if you and him know a lot of the same brothers in that same generation of bangers.
He's got me by a year but same grade.
My nigga stone aka too Shay, tuchè, don't know how he spelled it, but that was cool ass brother. My nigga Big Key and that laugh. Classic
kev stop playin bro..put out part 3 bro.😂😂😂
Good questions! Keep it rollin KM
Good Questions ?
WHat Happen To Street Gangs Beomg Light Speed Ahead of KMV in Questions ?
@@joemosely9383 *Light years. This time the questions asked were on point, so I gave props. Go take a course in journalism and maybe you'll understand my argument. If the dude being interviewed is not interesting or charismatic in some way, a lot of key topics go astray and the in depth subject matter being discussed loses momentum. If the person being interviewed is a bad story teller, but still a great source of historical facts, then it's up to the interviewer to make it interesting with interesting questions. And in that regard Alex Alonso's timing with his questions or his topic initiatives grab the viewer more so than KM Videos. Watch StreetTV interview with Big Stretch ...'sincerity of crip & blood unity in Los Angeles' as a case in point. That's my opinion whether you agree or not. Aside from that I like watching KM Vids
Light Years Ahead is a False Hater Statement.
i'm not interested in kids and interested in Trail Blazers.
Im not into Kindergarden Videos, Skinny Jean War Stories , Amateur Rappers and Psychological questions about dudes with mommy issues, did you get spankings as a kid, was your daddy in the house, what kind of grades did you get in school, did you drop out of school type questions.....
i want to hear about an OGs journey / testimony, who, what. when , where and why/how........
@@joemosely9383 U keep dismissing everything as HATER STATEMENTS and you won't learn shit in life. You don't get what I'm sayin and that's fine
what's the name of that song
What song is that????
what song is that in this video?
"Turn Up" by Runer. Baby Runer was also in that Why We Bang hood video from way back.
The Hoovers Crips must be one of the most Fearless Vicious Ruthless Savage gang of all time because every gang that I know has a story about them and it's never a good story lol
Morocco Scoob we sure are. H52ver
MiLiTARY MiNDED That's what I was thinking you may not never see a Hoover being interviewed lol but that sucks tho if I'm right
MiLiTARY MiNDED Yeah I always wanted for Monster Kody to make a movie out of his book too

@@xlententertainment2455 this is you in the video?
Yep
@James Brocklehurst. The Crips became predomited in the mid 70's the Original Brims didn't flip flop but respect existed because they played a part in raising some of us and they didn't disrespect our choice to embrace crippin. Understand that I only speak from my experiences
@@xlententertainment2455 oh i kw u do. Why i asked u. I thought thats how it happened. I wanted to make sure i kw what i was saying befo i spoke on it. Im a 40 here in Texas. I was in Cali back in April. I rode through the turf. Saw its mostly Mexicans in the parcide area

Forty joe rest in peace ...
Who/what influenced the Rolling 40's to adopt the Rolling in their name? As far the cliques of the Rolling 40's what influenced the names such as Darcside, Parkside, Western & Avenues as opposed to the cliques being named after the number of the street their on? I mean no disrespect by my question.
The Harlem Crips gave them the Rollin. All the Rollins hang bang and congregate on western. Vermont square park was their most active section before they got on the map, Avenues were close with 30 avenues and the darc side is dark as it’s covered with trees
@@ThaReck36 appreciate the response and clarification thanks!
U never hear much about the 43 Hoover like they were wiped out completely🤷🏾♂️
The 0’s went crazy on em
Avenuuuues n nem 🍀
I wish you would have asked them how the crack epidemic effected them in the 80's. I bet he would have had lots of stories about that!
