I’m just trying to understand why is it that white people are always the bad guy, and very very little accountability and responsibility of the folks who choose and live life styles with each and every decision.
This is a very complex issue that couldn’t be broken down in a comment on RUclips.
The main issue is when the white folks leave so does the businesses. With no way for the residents to earn money because of lack of jobs people tend to get desperate to survive. Poverty tends to make it easier for illegal operations to thrive. In a sense it’s not by choice but but by force as many people enter survival mode.
I hope you are younger than 15. There are so many studies and so much research on how ghettos are/were created in America. Either you are very naive or being intellectually dishonest.

Seems to me the real problems and the real solution is not in the hands of the white man, but black culture. When what is cool in the minds of the youth changes to more successful attributes and characteristics, they may be the black community can rise up strong again. I would like to see that. That type of change can only happen internally. White man can’t fix that problem. Money won’t fix that problem. But strong and responsible fathers and mothers definitely can.
