The East Side. You might as well be talking about the lost city of atlantis. The physical eastside is still there , but the people and their culture ( black) are long gone. Thats why kevMac videos is so important. Its crucial history that would have buried beneath the sands of time. 💪❤☝
when yall brought up Johnny Ray from the Q and G-man from the Blocc, I thought to myself finally some brothas im old enough to have met in person! Good Interview Chief.
Hey Kev I really like and appreciate how when he mentions certain names you have some pics to go with it and a Lil pause so we can get a quick physical glimpse into history. That was a good idea Kev. Hope you can keep this aspect of the stories going. Pictures speak volumes. More blessings to you Let!
Damn its crazy seeing Big Bub and the whole fam. I don't know how I missed this vid Kev. Much respect and love for showing the eastside of our small world.
KM Videos strikes again with this historical interview w/Big Quake. Kan't waits 2 c as many parts as possible. Also would love 2 c a old pic of Big JC 62ECC.
I remember your street gangs interview where you said the coast card guard the history tough. Now look at you Kev, got a OG from the 6 pacc on camera. Coming up!
Thanks for this Kev Mac!! Is there a point where we can get these triple double and og's to the table, along with other activist and, intellectuals, so that we can talk futuristic building in our community??? Peace and BLACK POWER #LONGlIVEMACCAPONE #NH
OOOG FROG#1,WATTS, CA. 1965!!! ORIGINAL CASPER WAS.THE FIRST EASTCOAST CRIP I EVER MET , L. A. COUNTY JAIL 1979 STYLE. HE WAS GETTING MONEY AND A REAL COOL PERSONALITY
Always good to here from OOOG Frog... It appears you have a wealth of knowledge outside the Bounty Hunters history.... Aye Kev, time to get OG Frog back to shed the light on a bunch of unknown truths, and history... Much love from Chi-town...
1ST ST ECC... let me briefly address this. My mothers' side came out here from louisiana to the aliso village projects in the 70s. Ive been told how the police, housing authority, city officials conspired together to DRIVE BLACKS OUT. They bypassed cuatro, primera etc and directly went after black americans primarilly. Blacks were deep in that area back then and it was made clear that they were to be pushed out. My family eventually branched out to compton, crenshaw district, and LB.
How if there's was like 8 gangs in there makes sense why they police would get involved. But if you have a victim mentality its always cause there black lol
To Kev Mac, I really enjoy your videos, enjoy learning about LA and the surrounding cities history when it comes to banging but one thing that I have continued to see when it comes to gangs, whether it's in LA or Chicago, my home prior to moving to Memphis, many of the leaders originated from down south. Once again, I enjoy learning about LA history and respect your movement bro
Through my travels through different junior highs, (GETn kic out constantly lol) I ran into 76 ECC, cool brotha. That was Webster junior high in 93. Fun times! Anotha good interview 💯
Ugh oh. Kevmac done brought the East Coasts interviews. Something tells me we going to hear a lot about their beefs with the Swans. Kitchens, F13's and Grape Streets.. Kevmac Videooosss..
405 BOY, well, history is history. A lot of those beefs arose out of foolishness, and never should have occurred. Especially the ones with Florence and the Kitchens😎
76ECC - Spook, Bean, Big Bean, Mad Dog, Cobra, Snake, Hubba Bubba, Boxer, Too Cool, Cry Baby Sal, Big Bob, Baby DD(Evil), Baby Tone Tone, Mobe, Ronnie Bam, Carrie, Zay, Caesar, Ghost, Butter, Red, Winky, Rat, Jap, Skull, Blue, X-ray, Psycho, Dee Dee, Frog. Just to name a few of the Originals from 76ECC✌✌✌
Pharoah 1 I'm checking in frm Strong Island NY is Rat the crip Monster Kody talked abt in his book or the brother frm Harlem 30 s who wrote a book abt his life crippin. In one of these books they spoke abt a crip name Rat who was a booty bandit and he was dehumanizing another crip who might have been frm a rival set. If so is he still alive.
Pharoah 1 you right because even in the hood I grew up in Long Island NY we had cat name Rat Tail. But someone just reminded me it was Fat Rat frm Hoover so my bad my brother. But I love abt to hear abt the Cali gang culture which is a part of the universal Black Struggle in America real talk. I grew up in L.I. during the vicious crack era and all the brothers I grew up with were in and out of prison and caught up in the madness we as African Americans get caught up in wherever the hoods are at. I escaped the madness but my younger brother got caught up in it and his life is still a struggle because of the choices he made. So like I said this is a universal struggle so I pray we as a people make it better for the Black Babies. My heart goes out to all the Kings and Queens that were lost frm the LA to Strong Island NY.
Pharoah 1 Berry Stone was the leader of the 60.30$ and the 20 laws....He was killed young I believe in a robbery.... Once he died so did the 60 laws.....
Jimmy Lavender, like I mentioned before, I believe that Craig Stone from Outlaws may be related to him. We went to Edison together. So, there were some 60 Laws at Edison when I was there in 1976👊👊👊
There is a (1978) Gang Map floating around the internet that L.A.S.D put together that has the Outlaws covering Bethune Park Area.....So they were still on the Sheriff's Radar in (1978)..
jyoung527 there’s some gems in the comment section but you can’t trust all of them fools be making shit up to make themselves seem like OG’s and Historians but be way off.
Kev Mac Videos BECAUSE THEY NEVER LIVED IT AND GET CAUGHT UP IN A WEBBS OF LIES , lN THE LONG RUN, BUT REGARDLESS, THE TRUTH WILL ALWAYS RISE TO THE SURFACE, WHICH IS: "RIGHTEOUSNESS" !!! Nope me to I'm from England & as of late been watching alot these video's on the og's from the bloods n crips.. just trying to get to the history of it all but what i find crazy is why all these crips beefing with one another as from what I can gather & understand was the rivalry was mostly bloods vs crips & now seems to be more crip on crip voilence killing one another..

I sincerely hope more youngsters are paying attention to what Kevmac is doing here. He is getting older members who fathered these gangs to tell how and why they are so similar to others following it. Change the gangs, go to school. Some of these older men changed their lives.
