hello, can you tell me what exercises I can do, I also bought a Balance board, but the problem is that I have fusion at the talus and calcaneus, how can I use it safely?
It’s tough to say without providing an actual evaluation of your ankle/foot. But very general advice would be to don’t do thing that cause sharp pains. This exercise generally would be good for someone with a fusion.once it has healed

@@TheHandyTherapist it's been 3.5 months since the operation, I'm doing physiotherapy, I live in Germany and a video on the ankle recovery exercises on your channel helps me, I even do them every day, today I received the balance board from amazon, lateral movement ankle here I don't think I can do it anymore because the sinus tarsi joint is no longer there because the talus and calcaneus have joined
