From Chicago, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for these wonderful videos. After surgery 4 years ago my legs have become a little weak after years of working out. I am very grateful ❤❤❤
These videos are fantastic They are well articulated and very informative. Can you please give us some information on chronic Achilles tendinitis and haglunds deformity. That would be so helpful. Thank you so much for these videos 🇨🇦

Thank you for always thinking of us, I "used" to have a problem, really felt like it's been over stretched, too long and is now, thank goodness, yes inversion and it's been noticeably better!🎉

I am 54 years old and have had Achilles Tendon surgery about seven weeks ago. Can I also do these exercises except for the heel raises which might take some more time.
Thank you for these excellent videos. I direct an arts academy and dance is a very central subject our students study. I myself was a professional ballet dancer for a full career, and currently at 70 years old, I find your videos quite illuminating. I also see how beneficial they would be for our young students. We have a body mechanics program that includes many exercises quite similar to those you teach here. I will try to find a way to reach you directly, as I believe it would be of great benefit to invite you to do some workshops with our students. If i cannot find a way to contact you directly, then I will leave my contact details here in a future post.
Will, I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to ask so please ignore if it is. I notice I’m starting to walk much more on my instep lately and Achilles tendon issue has cropped up. Neither of these are serious but I agree, prevention is better than cure. I was wondering what to target to avoid future problems but don’t really know where to begin. Are you able to help with a couple of pointers please? I’m 63 male a bit overweight and about to return to the gym. I have a part time active job. Diet is typically terrible but so far no other problems 🤞
If you have weak and Unstable ankle it my be genetic as hypermobily EDS, (ehlers-danlos syndrome) a connective tissue disorder, and no types strengthing muscle or tendon exercise this will not make any difference to problem just some info for you 🙏 amituofu

I don't have a band, but tib ray looks possible. Inversion looks too risky. Thanks for the info.
