Yesterday, there was a new update regarding the version 4.6 character event wish banners in phase 1 and phase 2 .
According to a reliable source, Lyney, Wanderer, and Baizhu will get a rerun in version 4.6.
and it is highly likely that Arlecchino and Lyney will be featured in the first phase, with Wanderer and Baizhu following in the second phase of the version 4.6 character banners.
This suggests that Furina may not receive a rerun in version 4.6 as previously rumored, potentially appearing in a future update instead.
Please note that the information regarding the upcoming banners is not officially confirmed and is subject to change.
Currently, there is no information available regarding the epitome invocation banners and the 4-star characters that will be featured in the version 4.6 character banners.
However, if Lyney does indeed receive a rerun in version 4.6, it is highly likely that Lynette and Freminet will be featured in the banners.
If you want to pull or wish for Lyney and Arlecchino in version 4.6, it is recommended to begin gathering their ascension and talent level-up materials in the current version.
Both characters share the same ascension and talent level-up materials, with the exception of the talent books, normal boss materials, and weekly boss materials.
For the epitome invocation banners in phase 1 highly likely will be the new 5-star polearm, the First Great Magic Bow, Akuoumaru Claymore, Dragon's Bane Polearm, Mouun's Moon Bo, Favonius Sword, and Eye of Perception Catalyst.
and for the epitome invocation banners in phase 2 highly likely will be Tulaytullah's Remembrance Catalyst, Jadefall's Splendor Catalyst, Rainslasher Claymore, Wavebreaker's Fin Polearm, Rust Bo, Sacrificial Sword, and Sacrificial Fragments Catalyst.
Next the latest update regarding the Arlecchinos kit reveals an intriguing new ability, apparently Arlecchino can fly or hover in the air for a while after performing a charged attack.
To activate this flying or hovering state, the charged attack button must be held longer than usual, If not, Arlecchino will simply perform the standard charged attack.
While in this state, Arlecchino's movement speed will increase to match that of a character sprinting, She will have the ability to fly freely over water and stairs, but she will not be able to fly vertically like the Wanderer.
It is important to note that Arlecchino will consume regular stamina while in this state, unlike Wanderer who has a separate hovering stamina called Kuugoryoku Points.
It remains unclear whether this flying or hovering state can be utilized in combat or if Arlecchino can attack enemies like Wanderer, or this hovering state simply designed to enhance her mobility for exploration purposes?

I planned on pulling for Arles weapon so this makes me really sad. All of those characters have weapons I don't want or need. I had a saving grace when Furina was running with Arle so that even if I lost the weapon I still had a shot at a different weapon that I wanted but I guess not

if Furina wont be in 4.6, then i'll spend primos into Arlecchino, but something isnt okay with those leaks.. How dare Baizhu can be in 4.6, when he doesnt have something relate with Arlecchino and Fontaine + if we will look at Venti, we see, that he doesnt have second quest too.. (Those leaks will change after 1 week, like every time)

Arlechino is a scam, until I see the numbers Neuvillette produces, Arlechino is just what other "carry" DPS were. Everyone will wish on these based on content creators and leaks, then they will be unable to pull for actually strong characters later and be forced to expend money or wait for a long time. 4 years the game has been doing this and people still trust CC's and leakers.
