Most people do co-op because they need help with a boss, making someone dodge everything defeats the purpose, and noelle herself is a pretty selfish character because she has just enough shields to keep herself alive while everyone else rots away. I personally would've just swapped to a healer if nobody else was going to but a player using a selfish, tanky, self-sustaining dps like noelle isn't really in a spot to mock anyone else.. especially when he himself got hit multiple times where if he was any other dps, he would've just gotten 1 shot. It was his shield and natural defense stat stacking that saved him on some of these instances.

@@Stellascion I actually did not know that about Barbara. I do not do a lot of coop. My Barbara is mostly off the field being a dedicated healer, but to be honest, I think I might rebuild her as a DPS sometime as she is rarely my first healer choice anymore.

all time, across all dimensions and realities, everything that is ranged will die faster if unprotected, and everything that goes head on will have to survive long enough, Its in the most basics of strategies to learn for combat, ALWAYS and everywhere. ranged; medieval archers, artillery, on sea land and air, snipers.. and cqc infantry, fighters and anything that's short ranged is meant to have more defense. yeah basic principle of life itself , you cant have everything in life, gotta specialize to be usefull .

Pro tip: always bring NRE in The Knave domain because the Bond of Life mark can disappear if you eat food (especially when no one brings a strong/true healer). Wanderer got one shotted because he still have the mark that makes your character takes increased dmg.

This is usually the case for every characters who use charged attack or normal attack as their main source of damage. Wanderer is included especially because his skill which make him flies and vulnerable to interruption.

Noelle is basically a f2p zhongli. Strongest shield among 4*, heals and is a DPS. Imo Dori doesn't even come close to what she brings to the table. And noelle is an adorable character lore-wise compared to this scammer

This reminds me of that one time I went into co-op as Dori. Somebody was being toxic about it, so we went in and I proceeded to keep the team alive. Then they had the audacity to thank the Furina for the heals. The Furina was confused because they barely did any healing lol.
If there’s one thing I know about Genshin players, sometimes, they will think that another player has built their character to be stupid and squishy, when they themselves will get a clapback for thinking that while fighting a trounce boss. Not all players are that toxic, but that player got humbled and didn’t want to admit being wrong that Noelle is a sturdy tank healer. I will say, your Noelle is something else.
I can't count the number of times I've had to rely on Noelle to bail me out of a tight spot. Sure, I have another, more efficient healer for my own tastes on the team, but her range of utility is criminally underrated and I can use her in multiple roles. Probably one of the best characters in the game.
Nah, the host quit game after claiming rewards. This let's them leave faster and not have to wait for others to leave the domain. He was still butt hurt though.
This made me so angry. Noelle shielded and healed my team for the first four months of the game! She is amazing and I still love to use her even now (more than two years later!). 💕 Also, I had a similar experience with Yanfei recently. I love Yanfei; she has been my Pyro DPS for so long and she is superwell built (Lv. 90, 5* weapon, C3 and triple crowned). Two days ago, somebody asked me for help fighting Maguu Kenki and I immediately got my Yanfei out (Layla as the shielder), because I've done this fight so often and she really shines against this boss. And what does that other player say: "Please use a strong character and not this clown!". Like what? I was so angry. 😡

This embarrasses me as a Wanderer main. I just let everyone use whatever character they want, coop is meant to be fun and I usually do the carry anyway, but if they can carry me then thank you.
I would say that being a healer means you're volunteering to babysit this kind of people, not to ship on those who actually wants to support, but it just enables these kind of people got away without learning the fight as they supposed to

They have a point,if it was furina she would heal the bond of life and the wonderer could survive....2: your noelle did good because of raiden she helped your burst to get full soon enough,or else....3.noelle creates shield for allies (crystallize)and bcs of that she doesnt need to heal as much as the other healers
Simple fix for this situation. Bring an NRE or try to avoid the incoming attacks. Even when playing with a healer like Furina you can still get one if your hp less than 20k.

about two years ago when i was playing co-op with someone, i showed them my noelle's elemental burst power and they said she was CRACKED. i wasn't even focused on getting characters to their max potential back then so i was surprised

Dang... Your Noelle heals faster than my C2 Baizhu on full HP with both skill unleashed. It's a pain waiting for the snake to come back for the heals, so in that sense, I prefer Noelle because you Spin to Heal. ❤✨ People usually prefer 5-stars though, it's a shame... 5-stars don't always out perform 4-stars. It always depends on that person's build and cons.

Okay so i understand them at first they were just like "hey its arlechino is a strong boss we need a stronger healer" but when you die one shot use the chat like that. Lets be honest without that raiden being a recharge for noelle this will be a torture
as a noelle main since 1.0 and former #1 world rank in akasha (now #2 :< but still #1 in the american server), i say go for it. if you build her her and her party ecosystem she is about as good as a c2 high tier 5 star character. even if you barely invest on her at all, she has very good parties, like furina nahida fishcl hyperbloom driver. noelle doesn't even have to do any personal damage to be great a this role. and there are other such parties for her. she can also drive for national, even, if you put petra on her. at middling investment, put her with chiori and albedo (plus furina if you can afford it, otherwise use gorou), and you have a very good, reliable party that can clear any content. at high investments you can go hyper carry and be competitive enough to do quite good speedruns (like i killed the triple kenki the last time it appeared in the abyss in just 14 seconds with her)
I don't do co-op. But I think these type of people know they're weak, that's why they hate teaming up with other weak people. They're just desperate for the rewards. Idk...

If you do coop as a 2-players team: *Everyone is 50% weaker since you can control only 2 characters *The boss becames 100 % stronger So one can experience 4 times more difficulty. If you do coop as a 4-players team: *Everyone is 75% weaker since you can control only 1 character *The boss becames 200 % stronger So one can experience 16 times more difficulty. Conclusion: If he already feel weak, he just have to do bosses alone and not in coop mode. He is just toxic because he does coop out of necessity in order to spend time into trashtalking people in the chat.

You get better performance out of Noelle in coop if you give her a Favonius Sword. It gives her almost 100% uptime on her ult so you still get excellent damage as well as almost continuous healing. Plus, you won't need to rely on anyone for energy particles and can even battery the rest of the team while you're doing your thing. And in the event that everyone else dies you can still solo the rest of the domain and carry the day.
Well, right now I'm using a translator because I don't know English very well. On the other hand, I understand that person very well, I mean, seeing mains noelle in multiplayer is rare (and many times I met people who didn't even have her well build, not even artifacts) and for that person who didn't heal us well , we all died. It is not a justification, but a good healer is always necessary in a domain, and Noelle today is not the best healer. But good job anyway.
Well, I love Noelle, uses her all the time, for coop mode I change Stonetrasher for Fav Great sword because I don't like to rely on team to charge up my ultimate, specially against this boss BUT... the concern was "kind" justified, she couldn't keep the whole team alive, probably she is in a more DPS focused build, anyway, she can get the job done even alone, also bringing a glass cannon like Wanderer to a coop battle knowing he will have no shield and probably oneshoted at some point was a mistake.

When using wanderer in this boss, all you need to do is just being good at dodging, simple and you basically will survive, maybe 😅
And keep distance, don’t think you’re Jesus, and stay close to the healer if there’s one like Kokomi or Furina
A good trick is elevate using the jump button during the Elemental Skill uptime. Most of Arle's attacks can not hit you if you are above of her.

Noelle is basically a f2p zhongli. Strongest shield among 4*, heals and is a DPS. Imo Dori doesn't even come close to what she brings to the table. And noelle is an adorable character lore-wise compared to this scammer

This reminds me of that one time I went into co-op as Dori. Somebody was being toxic about it, so we went in and I proceeded to keep the team alive. Then they had the audacity to thank the Furina for the heals. The Furina was confused because they barely did any healing lol.

If there’s one thing I know about Genshin players, sometimes, they will think that another player has built their character to be stupid and squishy, when they themselves will get a clapback for thinking that while fighting a trounce boss.
Not all players are that toxic, but that player got humbled and didn’t want to admit being wrong that Noelle is a sturdy tank healer.
I will say, your Noelle is something else.
I can't count the number of times I've had to rely on Noelle to bail me out of a tight spot. Sure, I have another, more efficient healer for my own tastes on the team, but her range of utility is criminally underrated and I can use her in multiple roles. Probably one of the best characters in the game.

This made me so angry. Noelle shielded and healed my team for the first four months of the game! She is amazing and I still love to use her even now (more than two years later!). 💕
Also, I had a similar experience with Yanfei recently. I love Yanfei; she has been my Pyro DPS for so long and she is superwell built (Lv. 90, 5* weapon, C3 and triple crowned). Two days ago, somebody asked me for help fighting Maguu Kenki and I immediately got my Yanfei out (Layla as the shielder), because I've done this fight so often and she really shines against this boss. And what does that other player say: "Please use a strong character and not this clown!". Like what? I was so angry. 😡

Simple fix for this situation. Bring an NRE or try to avoid the incoming attacks.
Even when playing with a healer like Furina you can still get one if your hp less than 20k.

It's a pain waiting for the snake to come back for the heals, so in that sense, I prefer Noelle because you Spin to Heal. ❤✨ People usually prefer 5-stars though, it's a shame... 5-stars don't always out perform 4-stars. as a noelle main since 1.0 and former #1 world rank in akasha (now #2 :< but still #1 in the american server), i say go for it. if you build her her and her party ecosystem she is about as good as a c2 high tier 5 star character.
even if you barely invest on her at all, she has very good parties, like furina nahida fishcl hyperbloom driver. noelle doesn't even have to do any personal damage to be great a this role. and there are other such parties for her. she can also drive for national, even, if you put petra on her.
at middling investment, put her with chiori and albedo (plus furina if you can afford it, otherwise use gorou), and you have a very good, reliable party that can clear any content.
at high investments you can go hyper carry and be competitive enough to do quite good speedruns (like i killed the triple kenki the last time it appeared in the abyss in just 14 seconds with her)

*Everyone is 50% weaker since you can control only 2 characters
*The boss becames 100 % stronger
So one can experience 4 times more difficulty.
If you do coop as a 4-players team:
*Everyone is 75% weaker since you can control only 1 character
*The boss becames 200 % stronger
So one can experience 16 times more difficulty.
Conclusion: If he already feel weak, he just have to do bosses alone and not in coop mode. He is just toxic because he does coop out of necessity in order to spend time into trashtalking people in the chat.

You get better performance out of Noelle in coop if you give her a Favonius Sword. It gives her almost 100% uptime on her ult so you still get excellent damage as well as almost continuous healing. Plus, you won't need to rely on anyone for energy particles and can even battery the rest of the team while you're doing your thing. And in the event that everyone else dies you can still solo the rest of the domain and carry the day.

Well, right now I'm using a translator because I don't know English very well. On the other hand, I understand that person very well, I mean, seeing mains noelle in multiplayer is rare (and many times I met people who didn't even have her well build, not even artifacts) and for that person who didn't heal us well , we all died. It is not a justification, but a good healer is always necessary in a domain, and Noelle today is not the best healer. But good job anyway.

Well, I love Noelle, uses her all the time, for coop mode I change Stonetrasher for Fav Great sword because I don't like to rely on team to charge up my ultimate, specially against this boss BUT... the concern was "kind" justified, she couldn't keep the whole team alive, probably she is in a more DPS focused build, anyway, she can get the job done even alone, also bringing a glass cannon like Wanderer to a coop battle knowing he will have no shield and probably oneshoted at some point was a mistake.
