I watched the video with anticipation of how the wheels turned out. They look great.
My 2007 C6 convertible has a wide body rear end kit. The previous owner didn't change the front quarters.
I think it looks really good the way it sits.
Currently I have - 285/35 ZR19 rear ...... 245/40 ZR18 front.
It looks balanced and tires sit nicely in the space but that because there are 2" spacers.
I'm hoping you may have a suggestion. I'm running Michelin Pilot 4 S on the 4 corners. They have (maybe) 1000 kilometers on them. I'd love to do what you did with your fitment but the cost point would be extensive.

Any idea if these would fit directly on a c6z without trimming?
No trimming will be needed with a c6z, the factory wheel housing will be wide enough. If you go with a taller tire you may need to adjust ride height though.

So did you ever figure out what was causing your truck to run very rough?
First it was the bad ECU ground wire then it broke a valve spring during tuning.
What lugnuts are you using?
I use VMS lug nuts
What size are the rims?
19/20
What spacers did you have?
I was running Hubcentric spacers from LNS Adapters if I remember right.
