@@_REMIE I have been jumping back and forth between DJI Avatar or Defender 25 4S. But I am more leaning to DJI. I want to get into Real Estate videos and also be able to fly over the mountains and beaches.
Awesome! I don't have any experience with the Defender. It does look like a nice drone and if you ever want to build an other one you can use the AirUnit that's inside. With the Avata it's not possible to transfer the unit to another drone unfortunately.
@@_REMIE Honestly the main reason I might stick with DJI is cause of the tech for the batteries. No fireproof bags needed, no need to learn how to read voltages and longer flight times. The only drone I have is the DJI Mini. But I still cant make up my mind just yet.
I understand. DJI is very convenient indeed! Just charge, fly and have fun. At first I also thought it was all very overwhelming. So I bought the Avata and just flew. In the meantime I was learning about building and flying with 'dumb' batteries. Now it al makes sense but the learning curve can be intimidating. DJI Avata is also good starter because it's probably easier to resell if you do decide to switch to other types of FPV drones later on!
Hi, thanks for watching!😁 In order to progress I also had to crash A LOT.😅 That's when I learned to most! I currently use these rates: 150 1100 0.64 150 1100 0.64 170 920 0.35
DJI also have their own simulator called Virtual Flight. I have no experience with it because non of my devices support the app.. If you have a supported device you can practise via your goggles which is nice. Good luck!
Enjoyed the vlog. I look at it this way- the hobby is at least cheaper than cars, motorcycles or shooting.
He thanks! Oh yes indeed. I used to modify my first two cars when I was younger, could have build some nice drones with the money I spent back then.🥲
Thank you so much. A remote to practice flying did not even cross my mind. I am hoping by July I can buy my first FPV.
Great to read you got something out of this video.😄 Good luck practising! Do you allready now what kind of FPV drone you want?

Great video. I'm new to FPV as well. I just got my Avata but I can't find the controller but I want to learn so bad!
Ah man! They're still hard to find?! I hope you can enjoy yours soon!
Thanks for watching!
@arimivix thank you. Sadly they are still hard to find. Just found your channel though so I'll have some good tips for when I do get the controller.
