Sad to hear this news just after few days after they (Singapore Airlines) had their highest revenue and pledged to pay almost 8mos bonus to their employees. I hope they still gt their well deserved bonus and also RIP to the man who was deceased.
The turbulance wasn't their fault! As far as 'lessons learned' its reiterating to people that they must keep their seatbelts on at all times because events like this happen so fast!
It was raining heavily in Bangkok on that day becoz I had word with my friend from Bangkok and she said it was raining 🌧️ heavily since morning . So that indicates that there would definitely have been thunderstorms in that area for sure . Still I can’t believe that it was a clear air turbulence becoz that route isn’t too busy in the afternoon . In addition to that CB clouds are displayed on the weather radar .
I am none of those. And i use the word bulkhead all the time. People who fly a lot know what this mean. The man said he flew 10 long haul flights this year alone, it's not even half a year yet
Everybody is coming out with a video about the Singapore Airlines Flight 321 turbulence that occurred to attract viewers and pretend they know it all. We all know whoever was not belted suffered injuries including the cabin crew who were serving breakfast at that time. I ask the news reporting this interview with the man if he showed them his flight ticket as I'm bewildered about what people might do. From this short interview he is more interested in meeting the Australian lady to keep her company. Wow a 3 minute by someone pretending to be a samatarian.
I will just share my own experience regarding turbulences,,my ugliest bad experiences was flight from manila to bangkok, and i thought i will not be able to landed to bangkok and continuously flight to Switzerland,,,it was turbulence that push th plane down and shaky,,but to plummet like SQ airlines it is scary for a lot of passengers to go on flying even after their ordeals! Thanks god they landed safe..
What a lovely sincere man. As he said himself, it's so good to see acts of kindness and humanity. He himself is one of these compassionte people.
Salute to Singapore cabin crew.
This is a kind gentleman!
Such thoughtful and kind words. God bless you 👍🏼👍🏼🙌
My heart goes out to all who have been injured on this flight.❤

"We laid him on the floor near the BULKHEAD ..."

Lovely welshman!
Should be mandatory to keep seatbelts on all the time . I personally have my seatbelt on always.
Do you wear diapers?
The one who died had a heart attack which I believe was non seatbelt related
Besides blaming God which is what some company is good at doing, or climate change .
I will take boat from now on
Huge waves and thunderstorms may sink boats too..
Did they use the defibrilator, airplanes have them?
Yes, there's a defibrillator on every aircraft
