It makes things all the more interesting later in the story when the two have to cover their crimes, and Peach becomes a less idealized person to Toadette.
Toadette’s original design is so sweet! Also, while this is adorable there’s also an undercurrent of sadness, a toxic dependence on Toadette’s part. Peach may not realise it, but she is manipulating Toadette to feel indebted to her, by saving Toadette. It’s bittersweet, amazing storytelling!

I feel like she's always daydreamed about braiding her hair and when she got the crown , she was finally able to do it , so that was the first thing she did .😊

Knowing Toadette is trans (all toads are agender but toadette identifies as female. This technically makes her trans, but she doesn’t know the term) makes me honestly relate to this short so much. Having to correct people, getting nervous when someone asks about who you are, the euphoric feeling when you look like who you feel you are, and the feeling of home when people accept you is all so relatable and it shows both the negatives and positives of being trans really well!
I really like these calm fairy tales vibe shorts, I like them a lot especially with peach and toadett, and the music and also peach being a faceless character makes it even better, you should make some more

As shown the only real reason she’s giving the toad anything, is bc it made the princess feel better by herself, and when u se the later episodes it just shows how she just pushes it aside. And in turn, the toad is really only being nice bc it’s her job, and yes but I have a feeling though there is some friendship if this did go on I feel like there’s a high chance the toad could just start using the princess for objects/power. (Most of these are just ideas).
