    Thanks again! This really helps me. I've only done a little colouring in traditional art with pencils/coloured pencils, watercolour and a little digital art. So I didn't have a clue what to do with a nice blended effect, using alcohol based markers. Your notes are clear, helpful and humorous.

      thanks

    • @thegayestgoth
      @thegayestgoth 7 лет назад

      Yes, blending does stain your marker a tiny bit. What I do is have a sheet of paper handy, scribble on it a tiny bit (as small as possible, don't waste my ink), and scribble just enough to take the ink off. It can also happen with colors like blending orange as yellow or green and blue. I always keep the paper at the back of my book.

    • @thegayestgoth
      @thegayestgoth 7 лет назад

      it works well enough. as for paper, I don't know why this guy/girl/person doesn't answer that question, but bristol board is good.

    Hey I wash just wondering, I got my copic markers a few days ago and I've used the skin tones and it seems that the two lightest colors in the pack when I used them the first time the tip got black, is it a bad sign? Thank you xx

    Wie ich einfach mal Frost Blue Boo statt B00 gelesen habe xD
    Ich finde es sehr faszinierend, dir zuzusehen, frage mich aber, wie du auf normalen bzw Kartonpapier mit Copics malen kannst O_o wenn ich das probiert habe, haben die Farben immer so DERMASSEN ausgeblutet und es wurd alles streifig und hässlich xD Allerdings male ich meistens auch kleiner, da ist das mit dem Ausbluten noch mal ätzender...
    und ich bin sehr gespannt auf das Haar-Tutorial, weil ich wissen will, wie das aussieht an den Stellen, wo du drüber gemalt hast ='D hast du nie Charaktere, die zu helle Haare für so was haben?

    • @RambutanIllustration
      @RambutanIllustration  8 лет назад

      +Mi G Zeichenkarton ist nicht das Gleiche wie Kartonpapier bzw. normales Papier. Kartonpapier hat eine andere Oberfläche als Zeichenkarton, welches dafür ausgelegt ist, dass man darauf zeichnen kann. Ich weiß aber auch nicht, ob das Sketchpad von Zeichencenter Ebeling sich von anderen Zeichenkartons unterscheidet. Du kannst dich ja einfach mal durch verschiedene Papiersorten durchprobieren, die empfohlen werden.
      Da Copics verblenden ist es nicht schlimm drüber zu malen, gerade wenn man sowieso mit einem dunkleren Ton drüber geht. Bei helleren Haarfarben wäre es auch nicht so das Problem, eher wenn die Haut deutlich dunkler ist als die Haarfarbe. Aber auch da kann man viel schummeln, da Copics so ausgelegt sind das du mit denen verblenden und drüber gehen kannst.
      Das wirst du dann im letzten Teil dieser Serie sehen =)
