Security systems do a few things - deter the amateur thief, slow down the professional thief, and give the owner a false sense of security.

If you own a Scat/HC or Trackhawk visit your local dealer and have your keys locked. This makes it where even the dealer can’t program key to your car. Just don’t lose your keys or you’ll have to buy new RFH module and keys. A lot of owners don’t know about this option but it’s a must if you own one of these cars!
Just get a faraday pouch
Had the dealer do a security update but bought extra keys....because once they do it they can't even program new keys....had a lock Smith try to make a new key and he couldn't even hook up to vehicle directly and couldn't locate module.....so the security update works...plus add a carlock and an extra tracker and your done...plain and simple.

Strongly disagree. I blame the manufacturer and the thief. Dodge won't fix it because if the car gets stolen then you buy another one with the insurance money. I'll never buy a hellcat for that reason. Manufacturer don't care then I won't care to give them my money.

Get a steering wheel lock and a foot pedal lock it does deter thieves on top the carlock sure it may inconvenience u when getting in but would u rather have ur car there or gone

I got a 2021 GT and I got a kill switched wired into my ignition system, a metal plate bolted over my neutral safety strap, and a faraday case for my key fob. Aint taking no chances.

I have a 2021 scat pack f8 green (had since new Nov 30 2021) and I block my car in every night with 2 cars in front of it. Knock on wood never had one issue yet. Plus I’m not in the mix, going to take overs and sliding my car everywhere. Oh I have my fun on the hwy fosho, but I think me being so low key with this car helps. Be safe fellas 💯

No it’s both bro. We can’t take accountability for what thieves are doing but we can take accountability for what we aren’t doing. I got an alarm, and pedal box before I got my redeye. Plus I was still using the password for the car. I’d block my car with my other car inside the garage every day. I wouldn’t drive to movies or malls. Everywhere I went in the car had to have windows so I could see it at all times. Got tired of worrying about it and sold it. I got a 20 m5 and haven’t worried ever since.

CarLock honestly is just a tracker, you’ll need a better security system if you want to be safe from these people towing your mopar away and breaking your windows and stealing.
Kill Switch, Carlock, Neutral lever Strap Removed and covered with 1320 cover plate, LTE Front/Rear Cameras and Steering wheel club lock, Garaged Kept with a home camera inside garage.
Not much left except a Wheel boot or some shit like that..

Nobody likes to deal with all of that insurance nonsense man. When they stole my friends hellcat they put him through hell to pay off that car. They even basically made him prove that he didn't have nothing to do with the car being stolen smh.
Who's to say the recent cars stolen do not have security systems on them? Have you spoken to the owners about the thefts personally? Accountability is placing blame as the fault and accepting the fact that it happened within their scope of responsibility. A car can be stolen without being driven away. So unless you know it was stolen and driven away and how security wise, you can't blame the owner. Besides, it's not the owners fault there is tech that gets around simply locking your doors with your key with the alarm active. Despite you having security software, you're still paranoid about it being stolen. So it's would be on you for owning one knowing it's a high theft vehicle. The thief is still the number 1 to blame
Lastly, you could personally and physically be the best defense from getting your car stolen until the matter is that you're at gun point and outnumbered to give up your Mopar. That's still considered stolen if they succeed, isn't it? Or is that still the owner fault that it happened?

Somebody stuck a screw driver in the door lock of my scat at the dealership while being serviced and destroyed the tumbler,dodge is fixing it. Not sure if they had the alarm armed but I wasn't there to protect it. So not much else I could do to prevent it. I have portfolio theft protection with the Vin etched in the glass but I'm still concerned because I don't think the police care at all

Satellite GPS tracker. Remove a door panel, completely remove rear seat and place it underneath, etc. Install multiple to the point a mf literally has to take the entire vehicle apart to find them all. They make them so small now that hell even after taking the vehicle apart they still may not be found until a thorough inspection is done.
What happened to Enhanced Valet Mode? I had a 2022 Daytona 392 and after it was totaled by a distracted driver my 2023 Daytona 392 replacement doesn’t have it either.

I've had 2 scats packs got a 20. 20 now never Been stole broken into. I put kills Switches. i on myself. If they wanted they can get a wrecker. And the i've never started car if they get. No fancy alarm system at all.
When you get a hellcat especially a good looking one watch how everything changes lol. I had two scatpacks nobody bothered them. When i bought my 1st hellcat they tried to steal it within the first week! Had my first scat for around 7 months & 2nd scat for a year & a half.

Its ridiculous. As soon as they hear that honk from that stock alarm, its game over. If your system doesnt chirp when you leave it, just believe its a matter of time. The only downside is that really good security systems draw on your battery, so youre going to have to get a good AGM battery that can handle the load when its not running. Also, dont cut corners trying to get a cheap installer on these systems. There is some sophisticated programming and wiring involved that can screw up your electrical system if the shop doesnt have experience. My wires are all hidden
Not true. Had my full compustar system on my previous hellcat & now my current one & they never did anything to my battery. Unless you're someone who just lets your cars sit for weeks & weeks than thats a different story.

Also, for your electrical issue, Have dodge look for grounds that arent secured well around the fuse box or the starter. Ive been doing some research and this seems to be the culprit of the voltage issue.
