I think instead of HIIT training on purpose, you can just throw in some high intensity moments here and there throughout the day. Like run up a flight of stairs or jog in place for a minute. Run with the cart across a parking lot to put it back, etc.
I'm a long term long distance runner. Ran many marathons, dozens of ultramarathons. Sprinting is so much healthier for the human body, and significantly more productive and efficient exercise. I now mostly do sprinting workouts for my ultramarathon prep. Running long and slow breaks the body down, going hard and short builds the body up.
@@zuzuspetals8323 Agreed...if that is his natural voice. If he is putting it on for clicks, he would be much better served knowing I often avoid watching because of that cloying cutesy voice. Maybe dial it down a notch if at all possible ? I am trying to give back.
