I have the same clicking noise from the passenger side. But I start to hear it after like 15 to 20 mints of driving. I'm not sure if it's a CV axle or this motor that u just showed. I hear it even when I cruise in the straight line, makes me doubt if it's a bad CV joint. But also it's clicks in a slow rate when I'm driving slow and clicks faster when I'm driving faster, so don't know if it could be this motor. I have already replaced the wheel hub, rotor and the pads. This is regarding 15 challenger RT

Cleaning noise would be if ur turning and car is move sharp corner turns but u can check down by blower box to see if it’s the acuator and turn the button on and off

I have an issue with my car now. I love my car and that clicking noise drives me nuts. I got everything fix so far. Combustor to everything even got the oil change I guess and it still clicks. It made a pop sound too but once in awhile but it just clicks on the passenger side mostly. But everything seems to run find out that I had and I don't have any issues really? I'm going to take it back to finally get it fixed and hopefully that'll be the last thing to fix will you think you might be if it's on the passion side? It was always quick to say trade-in trade-in but I'm like I don't have the trade-in and always all the time only if I have too. Or be worried super expensive maybe a little here and there but I have paid way more. Just frustrating. It's a Chrysler 200 S

The actuator for the recirc damper is located on the right side of the recirc damper, not the one you pointed at. Pull the glovebox, right dash speaker and the dash side access panel. Look thru the speaker grill and way in the back you'll see the recirc actuator. Other than being a tight spot, it's pretty easy to change out. Dorman actuator is about $30.00.
