2016 Jeep Wrangler Dorman 604-029 HVAC Blend Door Actuator (Passenger side clicking/popping.)

Fix for passenger side popping or clicking noise when starting vehicle or pressing the A/C recirculation button. Probably the same on all Jeep JK models 2007-2017. This is a 2016 JKUR.

I just took my actuator off, cycled it, and reinstalled it, it worked fine after that. I think it's actually the plastic coupler was skipping in the pivot.

Only video I've seen on the passenger side actuator. Didn't even know there was one there. Thanks for taking the time to make it.

I ended up leaving that back screw out. No matter how hard i tried. Still wrkin fine.

*** Update. Dorman Failed After about a year. Could be lack of calibration? Not sure. Seemed to operate perfect untill.... The noise. That terrible noise. Anyway, replaced with "A-NAFTULY HVAC Blend Door Actuator" "Model AN70011" Before installing actuator, connected power to confirm a closed position and span of actuator. Removed power. Installed in closed position. Operation check before installing bolts/screws. Looks dope. Hopefully no update needed in the future.
