The problem with all of this is that people think that the movie is factual and it wasn't/isn't. HOLLYWOOD portrayed MO as being "dumb". It does seem that without the families help, MO never gets into school in the first place.
It sounds like he may have been targeted and the story was already written but they had to find the right person to fit the mode. In regards to the movie they should have split the movie proceeds half and half with you. They split the money among their family and didn’t give you anything. That’s just greed on their part.
