Every year at the beginning of fall, if you listen closely you can hear the bugle of the Elk echoing throughout the hills and hollows of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you do see them, remember to respect them from a distance, bring binoculars or a zoom lens.

What's up guys! I live right outside of the GSMNP (Just outside of Knoxville TN) Thanks for reminding me just how incredible they are! It's easy to take for granted. I'm blessed to see the sunrise behind the amazing range and ridge tops everyday on my way to work. No words can ever do that justice. I encourage you not to trust me on that...go see them for yourself. I fully believe that you would find yourself saying, "Man...Hedge was right..."
