Hi Tyler, I recently discovered your channel and love it. I know this is an old video, but I am curious to know if you have any ballet background? I am a ballet dancer and notice that these basic exercises link very much with basic ballet technique.
Yes!! Haha I've noticed that as well and I hope this helps me to improve my ballet technique too (learning Irish dance because of my ancestors, but seems like ballet is a common ground in some steps) or maybe it's the other way? 🤔 Who knows? 👁️👄👁️
