Wish we had more data, sample size is still too small, but this is still useful for comparison so thank you for recording this. My substat distrubution for 184 discs (41S, rest are A rank): HP = 42, DEF = 43, ATK = 47, %HP = 49, %DEF = 48, %ATK = 51, CR = 54, CD = 48, PEN = 42, AM = 42.
This deserve a like and subscribe. Thanks. I was right not to farm for level up materials and focused on disks drives after hitting 35. I can confirm 1 s rank per run is almost always guarantee cos i haven't had a run without one.
Awesome to see some data on drop rates! I only recently hit 35 so I have only just started dipping my toes into Cleanup. Of course I got a god piece (crit rate, crit damage, atk% subs) on the freaking anomaly set lol. One thing to note at 10:10 is that the damage formula is different from HSR and Genshin where ATK% actually multiplies based on total attack and not only base ATK% making these rolls almost as strong as crit. For most DPS characters ATK% and DMG% are equal value in ZZZ. So ATK% being higher might not be such a big downside. I'm sure I'll be haunted by DEF%, HP% and flat stats in my rolls tho, wouldn't be a Hoyo game if they didn't 😂
It looks like your substat methodology might have an oversight, assuming ZZZ is like Genshin in that you cannot roll a substat that matches the main stat? For example, if Slot 2 drives cannot roll Flat Attack substats, and a fraction of Slot 5 Drives cannot roll Defense% substats then we can expect the individual substat probabilities to vary depending on the slot.
This is optimal. I don’t know why people are starting at 35-40z. Tbh even 50 is way better because you want the S drives to drop with 4 stats already so you can already determine if it’s worth investing from the get go.
Semi related to the video. But can I ask a q. I’m kinda fail to see the point of blue and purple, uhm thingies, that we are using to craft discs. It’s also annoying since it’s only 1 or only 10 to craft. Or I somewhere missed where we could synthesis them?
Yeah, those are used to just get more blue or purple disks, they're good if you absolutely need something in a pinch, but eventually you'll probably get plenty of S ranks naturally from the Routine Cleanup or from using the red tuning disks combined with the stat selector
You are gonna be burning every single purple disc. at some point, and then crafting them into some set you need while hoping they land as gold, and then if the stats are shit youll be burning them but getting the maxed red empty discs. I'd just hope they give us a quicker option next time, you still can't just select all shit by draging over it like in gensh and have to click every single one.
41 runs. 17 S ranks with 4 stats... 9% of a 4Stat S-rank dropping. thats not quite how that works. the odds of a S-rank being a 4 stat is the 28.8% the odds of Either S-rank Being a 4 stat is 17/41 [41%] counting the Slots that can only Be A-ranks is Diluting the % with extra Rolls that can't even be S-ranks. like trying to see how many 6s you can roll but you are counting the D4s
It’s literally like this so that you play more and use your energy more. Also so you don’t easily make op characters which would cause you to have less incentive to pull new meta defining characters.
What i like about sub stats unlike genshin. Is it's value is fixed no low or high roll.

Great work gathering all the data! Thanks!
thankyou finally someone with sheets and comparison tables. much appreciated
Slot 5 is a wasteland. Farmed 60 S tier and only usable slot 5s were 2 Atk. (Dismantled defensive main stats and ether dmg on cold set)
a simple but detailed assessment on DD farming.. Nice!
i am a genshin vet and new zzz player your videos for zzz is a big help bro love your work and videos more of seeing your videos

Thank you so much for this video! It is eye opening!
Yes, definitely prioritize Farming disks >>> farming character upgrade mats
Thanks you for share all this data, too bad, I watch this video after lvl40 😅
What a nice video very informative! you earn a sub, not that it matters but more power to you!
Thanks, cool info dump. Even if I took it out through my own path.
this was pretty useful info thanks!
Great job on the video! This helped.
Alright let’s see this
this is madness.....
Am level 41 n I only started farming disc drives. I have not hard a problem earning elemental mastery discs especially for electro n ice.

I am focusing on agent upgrade for shiyu defence, once I get 45 then I will go for disk drives

@@gnarlyboyjai thanks I will focus on agent more now as I am at level 46 already
So, this is why I can't seem to get Impact% main stat. Like, *AT ALL*
im watching this... but im already level 44

i can't for the life of me get Ether damage on anything it seems

its a gacha after all
Why cant they just group all elements into one elemental damage stat this is the dumbest system I've seen in any gacha game
