Supercar Tuner and Fabricator Drives Hyundai Elantra N For The First Time

- I came across a video of an exotic car tuner and exhaust fabricator who works on and drives Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, etc. who drives his camera man's 2024 Hyundai Elantra N for the first time. I thought it was a fun video and wanted to share it as well as comment on his reaction to driving a 276hp Elantra N coming from 800hp + supercars.
The tuner in the video is named Gintani. You should check out his channel and website. He deals with some incredible cars and seems to really know his stuff.

I remember i rev’d my EN and someone thought it was the type R buddy i was with. He said rev it again and he was shocked when it came from my car 😂 he didn’t know elantras came like that. I told him it was stock and he was even more shocked he damn near passed out hearing that it came from a Hyundai. Had him test drive it and he was blown away along with the fk8 type r friend. Love this car altho for some reason the horn randomly sounds wimpy and the left back window doesn’t work sometimes.
Good thing changing a horn is very cheap/easy
The hype R sound's like a vacuum cleaner, a wimpy one at that.
My 24 EN’s exhaust is not broken in yet but sounds pretty much just as loud as my buddy’s 23 EN. His sounds deeper but that’s probably break-in.
My exhaust does pop with the AC on but it pops more consistently and louder with the AC off.
I hated the egg key fob at first but it grew on me lol
One big takeaway from this video is that the N cars are still so unknown to people, even car enthusiasts. It’s crazy. But that sense of novelty and wonder is partly what led to me buying one.
The way you pronounce Hyundai is the correct way to say it. They dropped the ball on the 2024 key fobs I know there’s plenty of 2024 N owners who don’t like it. I must mention on my 2023 EN I also noticed the pops and bangs are not that loud nor noticeable when my AC is on, while off it’s bang and pop city
AC on N mode just put her in manual and let the RPM get to the 3 or 4 and she’ll pop trust me
I have a 24 N, my brother in law has the 23. We put the cars on the lift and the part numbers for the resonator/exhaust are the same. It was a little quieter AT FIRST, but after 800 hard miles if thrashing mine sounds equal and the same.

Great question. I just saw someone post in a FB group that a locksmith said the security chip is the same from the 23s, so he’s looking into it. You should join the group: Elantra N Owners Group Worldwide
My car does not pop much with the ac on. It's night and day.
Crazy. I wonder if mine isn’t affected as much because of my intake/inlet? I swear after installing them mine pops more in general.
Mine pops with the AC on. I'm 100% stock, except for the stereo.

as an N owner you lowkey piss me off, your attitude correcting these dudes on everything they say... like bro my man said 270 hp, those 6 hp literally make no difference, and the other bro saying 240hp he is 100% talking about wheel. holy i wanna sell my N after watching this video.
🤣 I said I was cutting them some slack since they didn’t know that much about the car. But if you want to sell your N because some guy on the internet made a couple corrections to the wrong specs, then maybe you need to work on your feelings.
