Yes I saw this too. You could see that she was deliberately careful when she moved so as not to step on it. A normal tiger "get up" movement is not like that at all.
She not only cleans her baby, but the grooming helps the cub urinate and poop. And like a good mother she eats the poop. I'm so thankful that there are many involved in the conservation of Sumatran tigers.❤🐯
