Drawing Comic Characters in Photoshop

Here's a basic overview of how I use Photoshop to draw comic book style characters. I'm using Photoshop CC 19.1.2 with a Wacom Cintiq 22HD.

Can you use illustrator ?? Instead of Photoshop ??? Please I need the answer because I see illustrator easy with drawing and illustration ..
So what do u think ?!

If you're more comfortable in Illustrator, I say go for it!
