It's amazing as to see how amazing Soyeon is.
I remembered her from unpretty rapstar where she literally made little to no mistake. Then she becomes leader of g-idle and she is practically running everything like she owns everything. She is so young yet already a boss in her own way.

the first few minutes was so accurate and amazing coming from her. idols should be like that.. they all have equal skills (not necessarily means that they have to be the best). for example, everglow has Mia who’s literally an ace (main vocals/main dancer/can rap too) but a lot of ppl support Yiren (a visual but lacks in singing and dancing) more than Mia. a great example of an equal members is WJSN. they have Seola, Dawon, Soobin, Yeonjung for vocals but their lack of dancing skills are compensated by their great dancers Bona, Yeorum, Eunseo, Exy, and Dayoung. Honestly, it’s sad that there such a generation gap of difference in attitude and confidence. The seniors could be so good if they had more confidence. I think it’s slightly the public’s fault as being young n pretty gains the most attention, so freshman have that confidence.

I’m one year late but I’m 100% sure, she said something like that if they would have been training as regular trainee not a show they would’ve been either done for a longgg time ago or she just said what a teacher would say and hit them with awful but true criticism, only if it weren’t for the cameras.
