    Like someone had said , the round 29 was called by Twistzz and it's called Canada ... this was confirmed in Karrigan's voice comms . What's great about Faze is that Karrigan allows his teammates the freedom to make calls in game when necessary .From the voice comms, Twistzz or Broky usually call the plays during rounds once the initial plan doesn't work out . That's Karrigan's great management on the team and probably what sets them apart from other teams . Great example is the Inferno game against Navi in the major whereby they changed bombsites last minute with gave them the map win. It was Broky leading the team to run A and that play was perfection.
    Do Twistzz get that freedom in his Liquid days ? Probably not and that's one of the reasons why he left and joined Karrigan in Faze .

    • @angus5427
      @angus5427 2 года назад +3

      All very true confirmed by karrigans videos. From my understanding twistzz is second caller with broky calling essentially as the awper rather than a 2nd caller.

    Your discussion on FaZe vs NaVi rivalry reminds me of when I started watching CS summer of 2016 I believe, and FaZe vs SK was the big rivalry. Multiple grand finals, multiple playoff matchups where the winner would win the tourney, every match felt intense. Made FaZe my favorite team for life, so fun to see them back as a favorite after years of struggle.

    Twistzz since his liquid days has always been the sort of player that doesn't usually stand out on the scoreboard, but when watching the game you can really see how much impact he has. This Faze roster just seem to gel so well with each other, and tbh as soon as I saw the Ropz move I could tell a monster was about to be produced. Aggressive play styles mixed with Karrigans insane ability as an IGl make a team not only able to destroy the opposition, but also one thats more fun to watch than most in recent years. Can't wait to see how this rivalry looks at the end of the year.

    When watching this it feels even more than before that navi should have won it.
    Not only one but two 2v1s lost of Navi, where perfecto was last in the 1v1 and didn't get the trade. How often do you see that? That's usually his speciality, getting the clutches. And these even were nearly must win situations for him, he is so reliable in those, usually.

    Hi launders, I love your content, but there's something that bugs me. You should not be supporting Made in Abyss. Minors are sexualized at many parts of the show, and it gets even worse in the manga. Yes the music is amazing, the animation and art direction is beautiful, but everyone draws the line at sexualizing minors. The fact that there is rumours and talk swirling around about the creator being a pedophile, or at the very least a lolicon fetishist means that there is absolutely something wrong. Please do not support work that sexualizes minors.

    • @launders
      @launders  2 года назад

      im not really in the anime scene so i didnt know that. i thought the reason they drew chibis was to make the show more horrific i dont even remember what was sexual but i watched it a long time ago. dont they fetishize childish things across japanese culture? not everyone of course but like snaggle tooth in japan is encouraged. its weird to me how thats ok but thats not why i watch anime anyway.

    Twistzz was good, but his performance is being over rated because of the last couple rounds on Nuke. Look at map 1, he had a rating of 0.7X and his team still won. S1mple lost a map while having a rating of 1.2X. Broky was the highest rated and most consistent player on the team, followed by Rain.
