I'm Brazilian Director, Bandleader of Dixie Swingers Jazz Band from Lindoia SP-BR 🇧🇷 I have the opportunity see show of Kid Thomas Valentine with Preservation Hall Jazz Band in 1979 on Teatro Municipal de São Paulo. Amazing, fantastic presentation. After the show Kid Thomas, Emanuel Sayles and others musicians of Preservation Hall Jazz Band was on Opus 2004 one Jazz House that in this day I play with my Jazz Band when so I know Kid Thomas personally. One great musician of New Orleans. In 1979 I have 29 years age, but today are 70. The time fly...but are good remembers. Thanks for video. Now I subscribe in your Chanel. Strong hug. I have liked Kid Thomas and Alcide"Slow Drag" Pavageau for 60 years, was a fan of "What Am I Living For" by Chuck Willis (1958), and never heard this recording until today December 20, 2020). It's lovely! The piano is so elegant. Thank you!
