Its a UK based auction so prices are in pounds sterling £ not Euros. VAT is value added tax and is 20% , you would also pay an auction house fee up to 25% . On top of shipping.

    Second and Third Stack.
Green Arrow Vol. 2 # 1 is a $15 book, Deathstroke # 1 is a $25 book if it's 1st print but the folded corner may knock you down to below 8.0, the Man of Steel and Catwoman Miniseries are about $6 - 8 an issue, Doom Patrol Vol. 2 # 1 and the Zatanna Special are $15, and Deadshot # 1 is $6. I couldn't get a good look at the two Sgt. Rock books, but Bronze Age DC War Comics can be somewhat valuable so I'd say they're at least $10. The rest is dollar bin filler.
Obviously the lack of Aliens # 1 is a big blow, but then again there were six different printings of that issue so there was no guarantee that it would've been the first print anyway. Keep us posted on what the auction house says about it.
Sadly, you didn't make out as well as the first stack, but you've still got at least $100 worth of stuff that you can flip. As for the filler, your best bet is to sell those in organized bundles or mystery boxes at a garage sale. Do a random pack of 20 books for $5, and they'll be more likely to move than if you try to sell them individually in a 50 cent bin. Still, you've got the potential to make a small profit on this lot, so this is far from being the loss you think it is.
The lesson you need to take away from this experience is only buy from auction houses within driving distance from you. When you buy from out of state auctioneers, your odds of getting screwed go way up because it's more difficult to settle a dispute if you can't deal with someone face to face. Out of the country, that risk goes through the roof. Given the Carol and John's reference, I'm guessing you live in the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area, so there are plenty of local auction houses that occasionally deal in comics. I've bought from 2nd Cents many times, and you at least have the luxury of bidding in person and being able to see the exact comics you're bidding on. Plus...no shipping!

Appreciate the input my dude. I actually haven’t gone through them since the video because of the chance of having to send them back for a refund. But this is awesome info. An update to this will be coming soon!

Going on the assumption that these are at least 8.0 grade books when estimating their FMV...
Right off the bat, you've got the first appearance of Vixen in Action Comics # 521......AND IT'S A PENCE VARIANT!?! So you've got at least a $60 book right there, if not more.
The Adventure Comics issues featuring Spectre average around $40, and you've got the first issue of the arc in # 432 so people usually bid on that more often as a result. Plus it has the Pence Stamp on it, so that might make it more unique in the eyes of a collector. The Dial H for Hero issues of Adventure Comics are about $8 an issue.
Pretty much the entire run of Arion and Blue Devil is about $3 an issue, including the # 1s. Captain Atom # 1 is $8. Booster Gold # 1 is a $60 - $70 book that still has room to grow if the live action project ever gets off the ground.
All-Star Squadron # 1 Pence Variant is a $15 book, and you've got two! The only other issues in that run worth more than $5 are # 25 (Ist Infinity Inc.) and #47 (Dr. Fate origin, McFarlane Art), and you don't have either of those.
The two DC Specials are $25 each, but the Pence Stamp might make it more valuable.
Not counting the filler, You've got at least $300 worth of minor keys (1st Vixen & Booster Gold, the Spectre books, the two ASS # 1, & the DC Specials), although you may have to wait to find a niche collector for the Pence Variants. If you sell those for even half of their current FMV you broke even on your very first stack. For not knowing anything about DC Comics, you stumbled backwards into some solid value books!

It's not Euros. It's Pound Sterling. The UK doesn't use the Euro.
VAT is "Value Added Tax" - sales tax.
You should have just asked to cancel when you realized your mistake.

Just a heads-up Australian dollar is equal to about $ .75 US. I have bought from eBay for my other hobby which saved some money.

I'm so jealous of the Spectre issues. Got the full silver run, including the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd appearance Showcase issues.
