Danny Almonte - 2009 1st Team All American - Western Oklahoma St. College

Danny Almonte helped Western Oklahoma St. College reach new heights during his two years in Altus, OK. His 2009 season was one of college baseball's most dominant two-way campaigns as he would go on to hit .472 with 18 homers while going 9-0 with a 3.72 ERA. The team would make their first two appearances in school history at the NJCAA Div.II World Series. Almonte would be named 1st Team All Region, 1st Team All District, and 1st Team All American for his efforts.
