That Wedge looks just a bit unruly, and hard to lineup...I'm guessing that's why there weren't many takers to film, out 'send(ing) it'...
Natural Wedge/Reflection waves like this seem to be a bit hit and miss. The US Army Corps builds pretty good ones...but they also like to ruin them, too - see Ventura Harbor and the Newport Wedge - both seriously degraded by Harbor "improvement" projects, back in the 1990's.
