While the CEOs and engineers of traditional automakers tend to hide behind the media to cover up recalls, I find it very impressive and refreshing that the CEO directly and swiftly addresses the issues and their solutions on RUclips, communicating with customers and ensuring transparency. This approach takes a lot of courage. I believe this must be a tough time for both the CEO and the development team, but please hang in there. I am rooting for you. I am looking forward to the day it becomes available for purchase in Japan.
I’ve been following NAXEON for a while, and it’s really reassuring to see the team taking such a proactive approach to the power interruption issue. The explanation about how the BMS and software updates have been fine-tuned to prevent overheating and power limitations was particularly insightful. It’s clear that a lot of thought and testing has gone into ensuring that these problems won’t happen again. Kudos to the team for making these changes and being so transparent about the process!
I’ve been following NAXEON’s improvements, and the ‘Stone Age’ feature mentioned in this video shows they’re really listening to user feedback. For those who prefer a simpler riding experience without all the tech, this feature seems really practical. It’s good to see NAXEON offering options for different user needs. I’m looking forward to seeing how this new mode enhances the ride.
Wow ! Gotta say I’m impressed. I first became aware of the I AM today. Every thing I’ve seen makes me want one except the price … 8,000 US Dollars is just too rich for my blood. I would truly love to have one. For the guy or gal with unlimited resources, this might definitely be a must have … go for it !!!
The Boost mode issue has been frustrating, especially when I need that quick acceleration. It’s good to see that NAXEON adjusted the BMS thresholds and added a 20-second buffer so the system can prioritize the first Boost activation. I hope this update makes the Boost mode more reliable.
NAXEON’s explanation of the power limitation issue makes sense-they’re putting rider safety first, which I can appreciate. But I also understand why riders want the performance. The adjustment to the BMS sounds like a thoughtful move, balancing safety without compromising too much on the ride experience. I’m hopeful the new updates will actually solve these problems.
This is the attitude of a serious and responsible company! Intuitively responded to all questions, and really achieved user-centric! I really hope that this excellent motorcycle will come to the Italy market soon!😍😍
This isn't something you see very often! A company that admits there are some issues, finds the root causes, and then fixes them with an apology. Aftee watching Surronster ride this bike, I wasn't impressed, but I am now! Well done.
I’ve encountered similar issues with the seat sensor, especially when trying to start up again in Snail Mode. NAXEON’s decision to upgrade the sensor system from 4 to 18 sensors shows they’re really trying to fix this problem. I’m looking forward to seeing if the new sensors make the ride smoother.
Very sympathic guy and I love the Naxeon I am bike so much. So modern cool design and so many nice features. I ride eScooters for many years. Now I drive a Model 3. But if I would buy a new bike it would be 100% this Naxeon I am bike..

I am so glad that Naxeon cares. I honestly want to get one so that I can commute around town. It's relatively affordable considering it's an EV with 100+ mph range, the GPS tracking, and so on. Hope I can get my hands on one soon!
