I watched your video to find out how to open the unit to clean it. Was very surprised to discover that we had never removed the plastic covering from the filter 😳. Having now removed the plastic I cannot believe how much quieter it is! Good news is that I don't need to clean the filter yet. 🤦♀ Great video, Thanks!

When I get it, can i use the air purifier offline - immediately instead of connecting to it online ; or does it force me to have to connect it to the wifi - in order to use the air purifier?
Smoke test was kind of flawed. When you were injecting the fog into the purifier and judging how much was escaping from the top, you didn't have the purifier at the highest setting and show _those_ results.

It won't kill mold but I would believe as long as the mold spores were within the filter size it should trap them. I wish we had lab access to test something like that... Maybe someday!
Yeah i should have specified, i meant trap airborn mold. I bought a building 2 years ago and it had a history of leaks before i did the repairs, its hard to find out if there is any mold without paying thousands of dollars. So i installed 2 of these 200s for peace of mind. Thank you kindly for your response! @@DigitalDavid
I use it with the Amazon Smart Air Quality monitor, and it uses Alexa routines to turn it on and off. I started off with it in my bedroom but I've moved it to the kitchenette and added a more powerful Vital 200S to the adjoining living room, and took the 400s to my bedroom. Alexa controls all three, and they are doing a good job against my neighbors cig and weed smoke.

Press and hold the sleep mode button for 3 ish seconds should do the trick!

my levoit core 200s stop working after few minutes in high mode. is it overheat?

did you remove the plastic wrap on the filter?
yes been using it for4 months now, when fan set to high its been stop working and theres a burning smell in fans, so i assume it’s overheating
why did you not get a replacement? there a 2 year waranty on those @@paulocruz8594
