Michael knows Christian pretty well...but can he build a watch collection for him that Christian won't balk at? Is there a Rolex that Christian even wants at this point or does he have it all covered? Found out today on another episode of two boys, one microphone!

So many uploads from Christian and Michael, I am loving it!
They should upload the one of them alone together on the boat.
You mean Theo and Harris?
On another note~ I very much appreciate the relationship you appear to have on camera. It seems genuine and you are very entertaining. ...run through Glashutte together... that's fantastic.
Michael is a terrific guy. I’m very lucky to work beside him and call him a friend!
It’s funny how you guys talked about how do you see yourself wearing a watch when you’re thinking about buying it because I do the same. I always picture me at an outdoor restaurant in Italy, even tho I’ve never been there haha
@maruiacancerc you posted this same comment in another watch-related video. what are you up to?
I love the battle between walking into a shop and picking the one that shines out at you - vs the months and years of research and shopping and deep thought. I think my watches are currently a mix of both and id like to keep it that way
Would love to see a quick few shots at the beginning of each video of what watches you both are wearing!
Fun fact: that Vacheron movement is the same as in the original Nautilus/Royal Oak (JLC 1120). They just added 2 retrograde modules on top.
Time for Christian to pick a collection for Michael! Great vid!
Coming soon my man!
My man Michael has some rogue hairs today 😂 6:41
There is nothing better than seeing how terrible my hair looked in a vid and clicking that “go live” button LOL
Christian - Where can I buy that polo?
that AP with the tuscan dial is the nicest watch i’ve ever seen
Love this channel so much! What's your take on companies using closed case backs like Rolex? Is it hiding poor finishing or something, cause i can't really find another reason.
Crazy cool collection! Btw Christian is that polo from Isaia looks sharp?
I loved this video, In it you said you had discussed the 5712 at length in one of your podcasts, I subscribe to your patreon but I can’t find the episode with this particular discussion. Which one is it? It would be great if you can respond with the link directly to it. Thanks a lot 🙏
I think the last time Rolex had available stock in their store was back when Hemmingway was writing.
Rolex is very available now.
I just figured out what brand this “Paddock” is that you keep mentioning, lol!
Christian should do a video on his watch collection so should Micheal !
My dad got his rolex 2 tone datejust in the early 80s. Wore it every day, doing everything, until he came into a yachtmaster a few years ago. He wore it working out, doing yard work, swimming, golfing, you name it. He put it on in the morning, took it off at night.
@christian whered you get that shirt?
I am a regular at the cafe up the street from my place, and I too daydream of wearing my future watch acquisitions there 🤣
The Mercator is possibly my ultimate grail. Unbelievable timepiece.
Would you give a volume discount on chaps in the leather store?
I haven’t heard anyone say the speedy wears larger. I think it wears closer to 39 than 42.
Don’t cut the laughter! That’s half the reason I am here
I want to attend the New York gathering, how do I get the information?
What's the watch Michael is wearing? Looks nice!
That Vacheron is crazyy
A good watch tells your story. You’ll never develop memories with it, if you’re afraid to wear it.
These two are on fire. Content is just so damn good and I’ve been watching this watch shit for 10 years 😂
Suuch a great episode! haha funny how you guys are so committed to title with "Rolex" in it, that you went for this title where 99% of other youtubers would have gone for sth like "My 1 Million dollars watch collection"
4:28 I get what your saying, but Michael, omega is omega
I like the new intro music
Vacheron is a work of art.
Always drawn to pics of Hemingway and others of that times wearing their Rolexes as tools. Something so simple worn by a complex man.
Its a crime that this channel has only 144k subs, the best ever watch content, its so entertaining just like watching your fav TV show, this is what RUclips should be, across the board.
Just watched '10 Things I Hate About You', Christian gives me massive Bogey Lowenstein vibes.
This kid Christian sure picked some good watches for Theodopolis to wear.
Congrats on going to a wedding Michael I’m proud of you
Vicky's Diner on 187th Street? They are closed permanently. Is there another Vicky's Diner?
the secondary watch market is dead, and floating in a backyard pool, face-down
the "worst" is a general word that may not be the best word to use in this case. To me~ the worst watch on the list is the 5712. I love the 5712. And I do not like the OP 36 at all, but I consider it a "better" watch than the 5712, considering the totality of each watch's offerings. For example (two of many) ~ the pin / sleeve bracelet construction of the 5712 is inferior to the OP. No excuse for that. Also, the mechanics are much more reliable (and robust) in the OP. If I had to choose... I'd choose the 5712. But the OP is a better watch.
Guys how can you say the Speedmaster wears big when your partner is wearing a Rolex whopper on the wrist?
Christian being from '95 literally broke me
we all know thats 1895
Nice overall vid and channel, but did you just say $6,100 is a "culturally normative" amount of money people casually spend on a gift? The average American doesn't even make that much in a month. That's the kind of thing someone would say to impress rich friends. If anything that normalizes snobbery. It's a beautiful entry level Rolex, which can be the grail watch for many.
Poor Christian. Wants to wear 40mm but wrist too small😂
well that was utterly misleading and just a bit click-baity
Michael,
“Quantième” is French for “Calendar” in the context of the Watch. So saying “Quantième” and “Calendar” to refer to the watch is redundant. This are things you should know if you’re “into watches”.
God you 2 are hilarious love watching your content.. actually makes my day thank you
This Whole Show Is An Insult!
I bet Christian has really wealthy parents.
Wealthy is a verryyyyyy strong word
Lol no shock on you not pronouncing Wimbledon properly as you fine people in the US can’t pronounce Patek properly lol
You mean Paddegg
Hard to cope with the level of cringe that is hearing Christian try to pepper in compliments to himself or trying to flex with normal things like traveling, or that a watch he bought rose in value (as if he knew what he was doing when he bought it). I feel like Michael is is still just a watch aficionado and enthusiast like the rest of us, and probably the main reason most of us tune in. While Christian went from that, to this mish-mash of personalities he looks up to (rich successful people and social drunks) but can't evoke because he doesn't have their talent, money or class. Even his reasoning on some common topics (e.g. why wearing small watches is manly *rolls eyes*) has always been odd, purposely ignoring obvious facts. e.g. Muhammad Ali could pull off wearing a tiny Cartier tank because he was a world famous boxer that could beat the heck out of anyone who tried making fun of him, and even had the money to get someone else to do it for him if he wanted to. Just like the Rock can pull off wearing a fanny pack if he wants. By all means, wear whatever makes you happy and what you like, but don't try to justify it by using other people and their tastes or eccentricities. Christian is not eccentric. He's just someone who's ego was affected by having his parents say yes to him a ton, and agreeing with the things he said. At the rate his business and social presence was growing, one would have assumed he would be bigger or more successful by now. That's a shame.
Don't hold back next time. Let it out.
Damn, my man just wrote a whole essay to say how much he doesn‘t like Christian. You Need Hug buddy? Live and let live.. Life is too short to get upset about minor stuff like that.
You're so right. I only tune in for Michael. Christian actually makes me sick most of the time. He's so arrogant and pompous. I really don't like him.
Yo you alr its not that deep how do you read into bro's persona like that
Mega cringe
no man.. christian mispronounced wimbleTTon for like 15 times dude. that's nothing to do with being in front of a camera
There are too many dress watches in this collection which is not as useful as a typical watch collection. A piece of Datejust shall be good enough and sufficient. A typical collection shall be five or six working horse watches such as Hamilton field watch, Tudor pelagos and Omega seamaster. Then lots of fun and casual watches such as Sideral, Swatch etc. Such a collection will not break your bank account and has lots of fun of watch collection.
Or a collection should be whatever you like and whatever works for your lifestyle and taste...not everyone needs more than 1 sports watch
@@ambrusmajor6149partially agree. There is a major difference between a dress watch and a working horse watch, however. It is the working environment that makes this major difference. In a modern world which is full of challenges from society, family and geo-political conflicts, mankind should need a strong and solid working horse watch instead of a weaker or not-so-solid dress watch.
Booooooring....
