Great racing, love the insights mate - how you lost the race Love the Name. Doing too much work only makes you stronger so when a race comes that you want to win you do less and find it easier!!
If you can’t sprint you need to learn your strengths and how you can win.

It’s hard to add that with the software I’m using. The program I use is the cycliq software and it’s limited to 3 metrics. To be fair, the three who won hardly did feature up to then. Maybe that’s a lesson in itself?

I nearly got away with the falcon, but the cameraman and his mate in blue pulled us back. She worked hard and I thought we were a chance!

That was actually my first graded crit and sprint to the line ever! Really enjoyed the course. Almost feeling a bit bad that I did not do more work on the front. Number 36 here :D Actually I just realized I watched the indieVelo videos of you couple of weeks ago, funny that we raced each other.

Haha it’s not that bad. I get that I’ve got some work to do with it but I think you’re being a bit hyperbolic. Anyway, next week I’ll try it with some more relaxing music just for you.
