As usual great info and review(s) and had a few follow up questions: I just rec the Ratan LM750 Pro- 1) do you feel this bike is "robust" enough to handle the increase in speed once you modify the tire size settings 2) do you only need to mod the tire size setting OR are there any other settings you need to tweak?
Yes, we ran ours at around 35mph regularly during tests before we did our giveaway.
Hey NRG, I have this same bike but I'm unable to change the tire size or speed limit due to it being restricted to just P1-4 in the display settings. How did you do it for this specific bike?
Yeah, that's the first setting. Hold the plus and minus for 10 sec, then hold the minus and light for 5 seconds and a secret menu pops up. Must have the back brake pressed during this. Then you will see a developer menu. Enjoy the bike. It will get up to about 35-40
I have a cycrown cychunter, any idea what I need to do to get it to go faster?
I just looked at the specs It's deceiving on the website because it lists the peak power, not actual. the ebike is standard 28mph. Depending on rider weight you might be able to get it up to 30-33. Not a huge difference. This can be done right on the panel. We have videos to show how on the channel
I purchased two of the Aniioki A8 promax he bikes, 52 V 1000 W motor 60ah battery. We love these bikes. They are definitely long range bikes. I have played with the Settings a little, did a lot of research on RUclips and cannot find anything on this bike.Is there anyway you could get us some info or maybe a video on how to change the limiter on these bikes? We were hoping to, if it could be done through the controller. We do long range rides, carry a lot of weight. Would be nice for

If you go faster than 34 I believe you would need special licensing from your state. I would not mess with it. it's a 200 mile range ebike and increasing the output could diminish the range and life of it. Most ebikes I would say go for it. But $2,000 ebike that goes 34mph with 200 mile range I would not.
@@NRGSPORTSANDHOBBY OK, I’m not too concerned with the laws. Don’t get me wrong. I am not a lawbreaker. It is just my wife and I out there riding don’t do anything crazy I’m 60 years old. I was playing around with it and change the tire size to the max of 28 inch raise the back wheel, it went from 33 mph to 40 mph, which I know that is probably only adding a couple mph.I just don’t want to damage the bikes. I am going to put it back. Thanks for your advice and input.
Can I do that to my Aventon Level 2? I already unlocked it to class 3 but I would like to make it go up to 40mph so I can get to work faster. Takes almost 2 hours
Aventon is a different bird. You have to maximize it in the app. Then thats all you are going to be able to do without cutting cords in the controller (which I don't recommend). It's the chinese bikes that you can really go crazy with
Are there any options for speeding up Hi-Boy C1 e-bike? It's max speed is 20 mph, would like to get it to around 25-28mph if possible.

I have a $900 Viribus Electric Tricycle. It's top speed is 14mph. I'd love to get it to 20. Can my trike be tweaked like this to jump the speed? Thank you...
I think the motor on that is only 250W with a fairly weak battery. I have one coming in a couple weeks. I will see if settings can be changed or if it can even handle it

500W with I'm assuming a 36V battery won't really go any faster. You would need 1000W and minimum 48V to do any better.

I would have to know the Display number. Did you watch our unlocking videos? We have 5 different displays shown on 5 different videos. Maybe yours matches one of them
i have a class 1 e bike is there a way to change the motor on the inside of it or soemthing that will help make it go faster
Class 1 is typically the lowest end, smallest motor. Really for someone on a budget. Best bet would be to sell it and buy maybe a class 2 or 3. Always look at two things. Motor Wattage, and Battery Voltage and Amp Hours... You want atleast 750W, 48V, 16+aH... Most of ours will have more than that. But that's the minimum if you want to go faster.
Hello i have a emojo street rod 750w and it only goes 20pmh a little slow for the price i paid fir bike. Any suggestions on getting more speed out of it???
Definitely too slow for a 750W bike. Does it have a 48V battery? You should be able to override the limiter. It's probably because they weren't certified to go faster, but you can bypass that. Also try pedaling even the littlest amount while accelerating, it should go 28

The range, yes. Life expectancy. I wouldn't think so. Guess it depends on the quality of your ebike components. Good brands, no problems
Could you explain the magnet more?
Older ebikes used a magnet. Move it from the wheel to the frame by the pedals and it thinks you are going slower than you are. We have videos on it. But it's only on the older ebikes. You will see it on the spoke

Likely not class 3, maybe lower class. Class 3 is made to go faster. All ours cruise 40+

Great ebike. They restrict the unlocking pretty good. But like all ebikes, there is a way to get into developer mode. Just have to find their code. Did you try the methods on one of our 5 videos on different panels?

Does the magnet and the panel do the same thing? Is there a reason to do both? I bought a 750w 48v Vitilan and trying to consider my options
Magnet makes your bike think it's going slower than it is, panel just changes the tire size. No reason to do both unless you wanna try and go over 50mph

Man, Eahora has a beast that goes 45mph in the Romeo 2. I just got one. It's a great ebike. Yours isn't designed to go over 28

Hey - I have an Aventon Aventure ebike. I tried the panel method to increase my speed but it did not go into manufacture mode. Do you know how to do it with my kind of ebike?
Yeah, I've done a bunch of those. it's all done in the app. You need to sync your ebike to their app and you can get it up to 31mph

@NRGSPORTSANDHOBBY Thanks for responding.. I get it up to about 30mph while on level 5 power and pedaling but are you saying I can get it up to 31mph with the power level alone and without me pedaling? If so, what app are you referring to that I need to sinc with?
You've never used the aventon app? That's one of the benefits of the bike. Definitely download their app. The QR code for it is in the instruction manual. There are many videos on youtube on the app. It's pretty easy to use though. You just raise the max speed
Hold the I button down until the settings come up, then click connect to app and a QR code will come up. It will give you the app and access to unlock the speed.

Yes, very easy to do it. P02 and P08 setting. We have a video on a similar panel on the channel

Just got my nakto super cruiser. Definitely wanting it to go a bit faster. According to the settings it’s already turned all the way up on speed and when I change my tire size (which can go up to like 50 something 😅) the Speedo says I’m going 45 but in reality I’m going the same steady 22 mph. Anything I’m doing wrong or am I just stuck with it?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that model only has a 500W motor. That will be your limitation. You prob won't be able to go more than 26-28mph even with removing the limiter once you add bike weight and rider weight. I always try and tell people to look at motor size if they want speed. Engwe for example has models that are around $600-$800 that have 1000-1400W motors and go 43-50mph once limiter is bypassed. I have a nakto with a 750W motor. I can get it up to 33mph. So motor is the key. Enjoy your ebike though. Nakto is a good brand that will be around for a while. Better than many out there.
