@@Ramo123ism I don't think Lavenza is tougher than the twins, like at all. At least when you defeat Lavenza that's it. The twins, on the other hand, you have to defeat them both at the exact same turn, or else one will revive the other, which is completely unfair.
@@MRWINDYMETHANE You need to deal 5000 DMG in phase 1, 5000 DMG in phase 2 with ailments, and then from then on you NEED to crit Lavenza in your 4 turns. If you don't crit in phase 3, the battle is over, as she downs the entire similar to the twins and All Out Attacks.
Nothing like the Twins which in their battle, all you needed to do was do dmg before they finished you with an All Out Attack

For those who need help, here are my tips:
- Do this after a lot of prep, Twins might crit u on TURN 1. Make sure you are FULLY prepared.
- Memorize their element patterns.
Phase 1:
Phys-Gun
Phase 2:
Fire-Ice-Electric-Wind
Phase 3:
Psy-Nuke-Bless-Curse
Phase 4:
Patterns of phases 1-4 will go in order (in other words, Phys-Gun-Fire-Ice-Electric-Wind-Psy-Nuke-Bless-Curse repeat.) If you want to get around the patterns to set up, bring or give a persona passives to void it.
Phase 5:
Same as phase 4, but it’s severe damage instead of heavy damage
- Each twin has around 16000HP (Base 8000, 4000 from Dirahan) Or potentially higher if you focus one. When a twin reaches or goes below 50% HP, they heal only once. If a twin passed the 50% Checkmark, and dies, the other twin will use Recarm. Reviving them to 50% HP. That’s right, this fight required you to take them BOTH out at once.
- Twins have damage checks. If you haven’t dealt 2700 damage within 5 turns, they insta-kill you, regardless of how much HP you have.
- Finally, hope you don’t get cheated by bad RNG. Whether it be damage, or getting crit. Trust me when I say it, you’re most likely not gonna get through in the first try

@@rosalesandy1r 99. No, Seriously, 99. Although NG+ Locked, Don’t worry about doing twins on your first run, do it after lots of Gym sessions, the level of both Joker, Jokers HP (or SP should be around the 500-750 Range) and your personas should be Maxed.
@@rosalesandy1r Your lvl matters not on Joker but on what personas you are using I beat them at lvl 50 on merciless on my own. Your personas should be around lvl 50-60 on the ones you use, even a fully maxed out persona makes no difference overall against them
so is fighting the twins harder or fighting lavenza harder?

I knew when they did their little pose at the beginning, and rivers in the desert started playing, that something was seriously wrong.
I love this fight. I have a save file to replay it. Level 64, no inheriting clear data, no DLC Persona. Normally I play this fight on hard but I one twice in Merciless. My team consists of Morgana, Ann and Makotto. I only played this on Vanilla P5.

@@paulgentili1425 Sort of. When you start new game plus the game asks the player if he wantd to inherit clear data. If the player decides against that he basicly starts from scratch like in a normal new playthrough but the Twin Boss fight is unlocked and the Satanael fusion is aswell. But without having the compendium from a previous playthrough its ofcourse a lot harder to gather the required Personas fore the fusion. In a normal playthrough you can not get Lucifer before maxing out the Justice Confidant.
So not choosing to inherit clear data is almost like a normal playthrough but its tecknicaly still new game plus and the super boss us unlocked.
@@sofaris576 well, I wish I knew this, I knew the game felt to easy, for reference, I already 100% the game with max social stats and broken personas, and I got all the confidant gifts, so the game felt too easy or boring, so knowing that I can start the game from scratch and play normally with the extra bosses and Satanael unlocked is so much better, either way thank you.

I just recently feel in love with this turn based JRPG about a groupe of animal children that go on a quest to sve there families and I was shocked how much fun new game plus was in that game. The combat of the game in general unites simplicity and depth. Its not overly complicated ore even that hard but it always makes me aproach enemies in a fun methodical manner. (Swapping teammates and turns, utilizing synergy between partymembers, uitlizing status effects, using breathing room to charge up Link attacks and more) Even mobs. Not even in new game plus I could just blast through enemies (exept the first 2 chapters meybe) and I had moments where I was like "OK dont get cocky." ore "How did I beat those in my past 2 normal playthroughs?"
But becuse I was more free in the resource management department I could try out new stradegies and team compositions which was fun in itself but made me look forward to find out how viable those are in my next normal playthrough. I still think a normal playthrough is more fun but still, best new game plus I experienced so far.
God I love the gameplay in that game. The Final Boss is to easy and it lacks a super boss but other then that chefs kiss.
@@sofaris576 one last question can you inherit the 100,000 yen you get from the dlc like a brand new playthrough or is all of the locked for a complete run?
I was grinding Reaper in the same visit to Mementos. I thought "Maybe HP and SP resets to 100% at the start of the battle vs twins"

I'm so happy when I beat them at level 70 merciless. My level 99 yoshitsune and 99 maria builds were pretty much invincible lol.

I managed to take them on 32 turns with lv 99 Izanagi-no-Okami (given MC's level is 27 and the rest of the party was knocked out after 2 turns)
Pretty tough because I mainly use Myriad Truth + Almighty Boost + HP & SP items

Recently (Today) I managed to win this battle at NG+ (Since in Royal you can't face them at playing the normal game in the first time, if I'm wrong please tell me in the comments.) I'm playing at the Hard level and I used mostly Personas with specific skills (Attis with Thermophae, since his trait allows to use this skill at any situation and that alone helps with increasing the party stats in one single turn and allows the others to use Charge and Concentrate to double their damage at that same turn and that alone is a huge help, Alitat since at the first phase you can counter their physical attacks only having that Persona selected, Yoshitsune helped alongside Futsunushi with their physical skills and dealing with great damage, Izanagi-No-Ookami Picaro was the only DLC Persona aside Raoul in my stock I used, but I could use him without worrying about the damage at the other phases, since his trait decreases drastically the damage and in my first run I completed 95% of the Persona Compendium after fusing a lot and exploring alarm fusions so that was enough to give a difference in thia battle.) Also I made my team focused on Ann, Ryuji and Morgana, since most of the phases doesn't use their weakness and the RNG wasn't a bitch, so I got lucky in that run. Equiping Null Acessories helped as well. I kept the focus in Morgana - Healer, Ann - Attackl/Healing, Ryuji-Attack, Ren - Buff up/Attack. The battle was a nightmare, and I thought in going in the gear I was using and keeping the Personas I was using at that time (Alitat and Yoshitsune weren't on the team.) and I was everytime time doing a lot of ragequit. After taking a long time building my team, equiping them, getting new more fusions (and I insisted in try by my own instead of consulting some walkthroughs) to increase the effect of Count Maker of Izanagi-no-Ookami Picaro, and farming some recovery items I finally beat them up. It wasn't an easy battle but definitely it was fun. The worst part was to waste time trying to fight that battle my currenty equipment and Personas (I wasn't using high-level Personas at the time) and that led me to frustration. But it totally worth it. Can't wait to fight Lavenza.

noooo i was so close to beating them. i had caroline very low while justine was just knocked out and i accidentally did an attack all attack with yusuke and i meant to do brave blade. as soon as caroline revived justine it was over... i kept caroline alive because i knew justine would revive caroline so i only targeted her and then i lost shortly after..

I Need Tips On Taking Down The Twins. I Have Tried A Lucifer Build And Managed To Beat Them Half Way
I literally beat this fight at level 57 (on hard) I was very proud
I did that on merciless lvl 50 something with only ino and Orpheus Picaro without building them at all
For some reason it was pretty easy as long as I could have ryuji not die to use presidents insight
Idk why you can fight these two so early in the ng+
you practically stand no chance, even after summoning an old powerful persona, your sp/hp would drain in the first few turns HSSHSHEJJSJ
I can't believe I actually managed to beat them at lvl 15, Izanagi no Okami Picario really is smth else, tho it alone wasnt enough given my low SP

My fight with the twins took me mutiple attempts and my successful run took me over an hour to beat them it was so stressful near the end
i went in solo 4 this fight bc everyone except me kept dying then those demons got a crit on me turn 1

Tbh, they made this fight a lot easier, even on Merciless difficulty, because of all the things you can do in Royal (i.e. skill accessories, jazz club, etc.)
The whole game is a lot easier though.

Yeah I beat the twins by myself on merciless mostly repeling there attacks back at them and using 4 personas total and not use myraid truths.

beat them at lvl 12 (Normal though), just spammed Concentrated Morning Stars and Maria's skills to constantly revive the other party members and apply buffs/Concentrate to Joker before going down. pretty scuffed tactic but I'm glad it worked, went to lvl 36 instantly lmao

How can I fight them?
I just finished okumeruas palace
My strategy was really different so I'll put in here if someone is struggling first you'll definitely need yoshitusune,however as well as ishatar for support such as heat riser salvation etc.
Second tryant will aka the will seed ring from shido palace equip on either Yusuke or ryugi I put both due to for when the other to save a turn as well have makoto and ann ann to debuff there attack and makoto to raise your defense so even if they hit you or your weakness not too much damage is taken.
Fourth have alot of sp items stacked up I did master coffee because early game I didn't have much to do so I was able stack up about 30 or so.

I did it at level 65 on Normal difficulty. It takes a few items, but it was doable.
I did at level 70 merciless with level 99 personas (Yoshitsune and Maria primarily, with Odin as my starter due to Auto-mataru/masuku/maraku). Just know the pattern of their attacks well and you're good to go. My maria and yoshitsune build were pretty much invincible lol

Lavenza is not impossible to beat but you must understand persona to the fullest and understand that battle with the phases yes she is hard but not unbeatable, but you can't just power through it with brute force. You must have beefy personas delving deep into them to effectively beat her especially on merciless.
Spent 166 hours beating the first run. I’m not replaying this again. Too much of a time sink, even tho I maxed all ranks

Can anyone tell me how to defeat Caroline and Justine? I’m on my first Ng+ and I can’t fuse yoshitsune yet. But I got an Ishtar with salvation and I think it knows heat riser as well.
And this fight on Merciless is a living hell
Need top of the line personas, watch out for weaknesses. Try to keep the Twins HP as close as possible, because if one goes doewn, the other will use Recarm to return them to half HP. You NEED to defeat Justine and Caroline in the same move.
If you take more than 15 turns to force the Twins to a dialogue, they will use an All Out Attack to flatten you. Once Justine tells you to show them what lies beyond battles, the timer is disabled, at least.
@@corjonbett 15 turns? I thought it was 6 turns? Has that changed in the Royal version? And they did summon Ardha in the las phase.

Here the thing you can beat the twins from the beginning and I beat them today so you need is the strongest persona and don’t let your team die you need to fully heal them or nul to weakness all attacks that you can get in levenza and that’s it it’s for real I beat them at the beginning
I beat them first try in Vanilla P5 which shocked me (being level 99 probably helped but y’know)
I HATE how the twins always remove the heat riser immediately after I do it, and same with the debilitate. IT'S A WASTE OF SP AND I HATE IT! :(
lol, I just spammed "Vault Guardian" - so they'd waste a turn using "Dekaja"
If you're fighting with a full party, I recommend using female Orpheus. She has a full party heal and heat riser. It's kind of OP.
Also, they only use dekaja when they knockdown a party member. Try using Limelight on Joker so they would only target him when they try to strike someone's weakness. It literally breaks their A.I. (Just be sure that Joker doesn't have any weaknesses himself.)

What is the effect of victory cup acessory?
From the looks of it, it seems like it gives you the skill Victory Cry which is the skill that refills HP and SP after every match

Lavenza's? Sentimental value, probably a gift from one of her siblings. The one Justine carried? An imitation of Lavenza's bookmark, my guess is that not long after being 'born' Justine conjured a bookmark because she felt some kind of subconscious need to own an intricate bookmark.

61 Endurance Stat on level 99, +13 from equipment. The only down side is the lack of Curse Resistance on Robin Hood, and Evade Bless doesn't save from Insta-Kills.
