I'm not only looking for color ("no color / no flavor"), but I'm also looking to roast veggies that pair well with each other and that I can put some polish sausage with... HELP!!

I've never tried it that way, but I'm sure you could! It seemed to mix just fine with the oil how it was. I'm sure it would be good either way :)
