My wife had weight loss surgery earlier this year....I'm always looking for things like this that are clean, low carb, and fast cooking on weeknights. I usually work until 5 and and if I don't cook...we usually end up making bad decisions at dinner time. THANKS!!!

2 starches are okay sometimes. I sometimes get criticism for making rice and potatoes on the same plate, but I always tell everyone that it definitely keeps you alive and healthy. Just my 2 cents..

Just came upon your channel. I subscribed to get more! Three years later....lol
Looks so yummy. Definitely making that soon… Pretty much did the same concept tonight but different vegetables and used a pork tenderloin. I chopped way too many vegetables, so I separated the pan and put my chicken thighs on it make sure I tightly wrapped and put in the freezer. Hopefully that will work to when we’re ready to eat at! What are your thoughts? Please get back to me.

Yum! But unfortunately my husband does NOT like dark chicken (I love it) and I have familial high cholesterol, so I would have to use chicken breasts. That's just the name of the game around here.
Not a fan of crunchy green beans. (It's the main reason I dislike green been casserole.) I would cook them the whole time.
Hey do we need to marinate the chicken ? Or just with oil , salt and pepper only ? BTW great recipe 👌😊
