Hey guys, it has been a while but I'm still alive!!! I've got some big videos in the pipeline but sadly it means I'm going to have to put the little XT out of commission for a while. The engine has to come out but at least there's going to be a video series on how to do it! Stay tuned.

Glad to hear you are back on track and have a new job.....If you take your engine apart....Go Slow...Take lots of pictures...so you know how it all goes back.....If the engine is toast....Getting the WR250R is a Great choice...I have one...it's hands down 100% better then the XT....I've ridden the xt...it's a good lil bike....but the WR is the way to go....Hope to see you on one soon....Keep going!!!!!!

Thanks for the update. It's good to hear that things are better for you. The reason that lights don't turn green for you is the bike doesn't have enough steel to trip the magnetic traffic light sensors. It happens to me too. If there isn't a car behind you to trip the sensor you can wait, run the light or look for a route around it.

glad to hear things are turning around. Once you get the bike rolling again hit me up. Im local, and a friend and I are going to be riding bikes and checking out some local shooting areas over the next few months. Bikes and guns, what more can you ask for.

My life is going through some changes too, I've just broke Up with the ol'ady of 4 years liveng in the mountains now I'm back with my momma in the city, my bike too has sprung a leak on the head gasket , simple fix , it's a Honda XR250R so soon as I have to do that I may as well throw in a 270 big bore kit and in the meantime I'm going to buy the Yamaha XT660Z tenere , don't think you get them there but it's a medium weight dual sport/adventure bike... Bit of a Swiss army knife of bikes they say . My channel has been on hold as well while I'm trying to piece my life back together haha and I too hope to come back stronger and work on my channel with a new bike and more camping and touring around. Great vid mate , as and when you can ....and get what ever bike makes you happy dude , if it's not a fuckin ktm everyone in the comments will bitch any way haha

Have you considered looking at used drz400 or Dr 650? They are pretty porky 🐷 but are much better on the highway. Might save you some money the wrr is freakin awesome 😎! What about adv bikes??

@@CollinMac96 the vacuum actuated carbs do a great job of adapting to various conditions, and if you ride regularly you'll never need to clean them.

Here in pa there’s usually about a full 2-3weeks each year where you cannot ride. I remember from my old carbed bikes they would be hard to start and need choke if left for more than 9 days without riding. Efi bikes I’ve left for 2 weeks and they fired right up. Never going back!

I know this is a few months old but your better off just buying whatever new parts you need instead of buying a crash donor...

Sell the bike and buy your brand new dream bike. It is more productive that you focus all your time and energy on your new carrier. It's easy to replace material items when you have good money coming in.
