Looks like fun! Did you diagnose your mattress leak? One thing that can happen if you inflate by mouth is as that hot air from your lungs cools down overnight, the air mass shrinks down. It's especially noticeable with backpacking mattresses. One trick is to use a big bag (when I backpack I use a trash compactor bag as a dry bag for clothing and my sleeping bag, but a stuff sack will work); wave it around to fill it with air, pinch off the top between your forefinger and thumb and then grab the mattress valve. Squeeze the bag to inflate, repeat as needed. Saves your lungs, puts dry air into your mattress (which extends the life of the mattress) and the air temp matches the ambient.
Looks like fun. Why would you cover up the glorious luggage rack with a seat when you have no passenger....then add on whole other rack that's higher up and farther out?
